    this is so helpful, during this corona break i study up to 12hrs a day. I usually study for 50 minutes and break for 10 minutes. During that break , i only use my phone. Lucklily i found this video, it helps me to feel better alot. Thank u so much!

    Dear students of 2021 dont stress yourself. You are doing good. I'm proud of you. You have done a really great job keep going and dont be much harsh on yourself go and take a break. Remember the stress that you are feeling now the results will be worth it :)

    This was amazing. Exactly what I was looking for. Gonna do this every 2 hours. I’m at my desk for like 14 hours a day 😭 the very last stretch I did something wrong and the side of my neck and top of my shoulder are in immense pain though 😭😭
