  • I have not seen many videos on how to replace the nozzle on the BIQU B1 Printer so I made this one on how I replace the nozzle. Links to the Boron Nitride Paste and Hotend fixes are below.

I stumbled upon this video after needing to replace the nozzle on my BIQU B1. At first, I thought this video was way too long, but now I realize how tedious it is to remove the nozzle. Thank you for taking the time to make this video. This was really helpful.

You're welcome and trust me I know it is a pain and lengthy video but I had to do this so many times on the 8 printers I had I figured I would share how I replace them. I think there is probably a faster way but this is just the method I came up with :)

Had this printer for almost a year & decided to change nozzle for the first time. I owned 6 creality printers. Biqu b1 is the first printer I ever know being the most ridiculous printer just to change the nozzle. That's why I'm seeing no support from biqu themselves knowing how ridiculous their hotend design is.

I had mine for a few months and have been trying to find a good tutorial on nozzle replacement for it. Since i mad the rookie mistake of printing with glow in the dark filament nozzle is worn down, The hot end design is terrible, compared to other printers

yea man it is wild, I have 8 of the biqu printers and all 8 of them have been put up in the closet. I have 8 ender 3's and 8 ender 3 s1 pros that are my production printers :)

I'm wondering why you had to heat the hotend up before removing the nozzle? I replaced mine without the heat with the cable deatached, put everything back together and plugged in the cable afterwards. Worked out just fine

when you are talking heat are you using celsius or fahrenheit ? 240 sounds insane to me, i usuallt print at 180

240C to remove the nozzle then 215C when I am tightening the nozzle back up onto the heater block.
