Zigong is a city I always wanted to visit since I first tried the fiery cuisine of Zigong in Chengdu many years ago. But it’s not just the food that’s great here , some great architecture, and the world famous lantern festival that I honestly was unaware of until I came here. As for the food it’s really a Mecca for spice merchants although of course one can order less spicy food.
Hi Mutton, I'm visiting Manchester from Cork next weekend, what would you say is the must visit pub there? Everyone talks about Mulligans but I've heard it's £7 a pint so no thanks 😂
Well at the stall we are at mutton or pork , mutton was either fatty or lean , at the kebab stall we passed tofu , offal , basically every possible imaginable cut
Think all power heavily subsidised state provided, aside from which I guess the ticket dees pay for it. But yes point taken especially as they close at either 2200 or 2300h

Go to the station in Didsbury , it’s on the metro link and a tad over £5 a pint (something between £5 and £5.50 iirc)
