Due to congenital physical conditions, amusement parks certainly cannot provide Disney-like spectacular performances and might even be somewhat boring. However, you have shown full respect and understanding. For such amusement parks, people buying tickets to visit is the greatest help to this group. Thank you!
This' Dwarf Kingdom 'is mainly designed to provide employment opportunities for these dwarves, many of whom have their own families or live alone. The target audience for this place is children, and most of the visitors are elementary school students or kindergarten children! But I think the tickets here are a bit too expensive, maybe around 100 yuan would be more suitable!
I visited China in March of this year. Kunshan/Suzhou, Beijing and Shanghai. It was a remarkable experience and the Chinese people were very polite and welcoming. The cost of everything from hotels to taxis to food was very cheap compared to US. Looking forward to my next trip middle of next year. Safe travels.

The green train at the Chinese boarder is CR200J electric train, new, but just regular standard speed train running at a speed of 160km/h, therefore it's not a high speed train, it's just a standard fast train.
Yes, because those trains needs to use the SGR rails in Vietnam, Laos and Thailand. Africa now also uses the same SGR trains which already puts the trains in North America to shame that goes around 80-120/km/hr ! ...LoL

Used to live in Chongqing, China for nearly 3 years, so looking forward to your travels there! Have fun! Just one thing - in Chinese culture, tipping is deemed offensive, which is why the taxi driver refused your tip.
Tipping is not offensive it’s just not expected nor sought after, it is polite to refuse but as the tipper you should insist and they will take it with gratitude. Saving face is big in Chinese culture, it’s unbecoming to accept a tip on first offer but as the tipper if you keep insisting then it will be rude not to take it. It’s a game, Chinese will fight over bills and going Dutch is considered in poor taste, making sure guests have the best experience is the culture norm.

@@janck1000I'd much rather live where I live now in South West "stagnant" France with it's stunning scenery and food and architecture than stacked vertically in some city in China with air you can cut with a knife and food that's often 'compromised'. I lived in mainland China for 5 and a half years, HK for 12. I loved HK and much preferred it to my time in Nanjing and Shenzhen, but i still found my experiences there interesting and met nice people whom I still keep in touch with. But the air pollution was horrendous ( in fairness it's getting a lot better in Southern china at least in recent years) and just the 'control' aspects wear on you after a while. I think a lot of the hyperbole around China being so futuristic and advanced and 'the West' ( which is a pretty ridiculous blanket term) being one giant Kensington Philadelphia pretty asinine. And China's growth as it built basic infrastructure from scratch is obviously rapidly slowing. There are massive issues around youth unemployment currently in China running at over 20 percent officially ( so god knows the real figure) and a rapidly imploding residential property market that makes up an insane 23 percent of Chinese GDP. So China for sure not immune to many of the challenges we've faced in Europe and America.

If China was still under Deng, Hu Jingtao or an equivalent pragmatist I might actually agree with you, but Xi's Mao 2.0 reboot is seriously undermining China's ability for business to innovate and compete. wow, wow, wow, notice how clean and tidy the place is, notice all that food, looks fit and good to eat. I visited China, Shanghai, World Expo 2010 it is all life but just done differently. This was before the smartphone was used so much, no Alipay, cash and regular credit cards. No online translation either, just a phrase book. Also visited Hong Kong and Macau, both very different but equally facinating. (No heated toilet seats, did you find the squat loos, sometimes a large room with low level boards for minimal privacy). Hope you both had a great visit.
The reality of the super nice hotel, a nice taxi, and one of the handful of western toilets hardly paints an honest picture of the reality of China or traveling thru it. Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Macau are on the complete other end of the spectrum compared to 99.9% of chinese cities
If he thinks this is going to be the norm he's sadly mistaken. Him saying it's "futuristic" compared to UK/EU is about the most delusional take I've ever seen, followed closely by comparing the only toilet he's seen, in a NICE hotel no less, to the countless squat toilets to come.

Due to congenital physical conditions, amusement parks certainly cannot provide Disney-like spectacular performances and might even be somewhat boring. This dwarf amusement park was established by the government to solve the employment of dwarfs, mainly a fairy tale theme park for children;
Bored with amusement parks must be first world country problem.
This' Dwarf Kingdom 'is mainly designed to provide employment opportunities for these dwarves, many of whom have their own families or live alone. Amazed how clean and modern everything is...puts the UK to shame. I visited Guangzhou/Shenzhen in 2009 and Beijing in 2010...seems to have changed enormously since then.
China is a new country every 10 years, not just the appearance and also the society, the people as well. People in China seem to change and adopt very fast.
Yup, China is growing incredibly fast, whilst Europe is stagnating.
@@willsmith39 sure, I'm from Slovenia and agree with all of what you wrote, but the fact is they will "run us over" with development on all levels. I love living in my beautiful country, but I am very much afraid of european future, as I am afraid we will fall back a lot.
@@janck1000 I hear you but I disagree. Or at least I don't see it as some sort of inevitable "fact" as you put it.This after all was the exact same narrative about Japan in the 70's and 80's. That they were rapidly approaching US GDP and would soon over take it. Of course that ultimately is not what happened.
If China was still under Deng, Hu Jingtao or an equivalent pragmatist I might actually agree with you, but Xi's Mao 2.0 reboot is seriously undermining China's ability for business to innovate and compete. Who wants to be the next Pony Ma or Jack Ma when unless you're on the right side of Xi and suitably sychophantic you're going to end up in prison or worse. Watching the Tik Tok CEO who was on the purging radar, crawl and say that without studying 'Xi jinpin thought' he couldn't have created Tik Tok was so cringe. Ultimately I think his brand of backwards rabid nationalism will mean that China will not surpass the US. Just my view of course. A view I couldn't even express in China without serious repercussions.
Well done for selecting China. This is going to be very interesting, because I feel that I can trust your independent opinions.

If you take the seat of another man, basically you can ask him if you two may exchange seats , so you‘d sit together with your partner. If he is just alone and you behave so sincerely, he would be likely to accept your proposal for seat. These are often happening on the train in China.
