Jason is a pure gentleman. His channel is well worth watching.
Completed TH-cam now. There’s nothing more for me here since this.
I agree, there's nothing now left in me after this video. I guess I have some space left for a bit of Guinness. Hm..
Jason mentioning Cape Clear is the best thing I’ve heard 😅 there’s a fella who’s travelled the length and breadth of the island and its islands 😂 what a guy! 👏🏻
met jason in a pub in south london, absolute boss, very nice guy, knows his shit
Interesting discussion about you both going into pubs and filming, you've both got a lot of bottle to do it. Great video, entertaining as usual.👍
The hiss off that tap would give Indiana Jones PTSD 03:19
Total myth that Guinness is best in Dublin. I have consistently found the Guinness in the west of Ireland in particular is top notch in general
Totally agree . Many times I've been around the pubs of Dublin and have found hit and miss (all decent though ) .
What I will say is that Bowes in Dublin remains the best pint of Guinness I've had anywhere and consistently too.
Guinness is a watery bland tasteless drink. The "best" taste is that the water lacks the tang of dirty lines.
Other than that it is pure piss water
Guinness in Kilkenny is lovely
O’Riada’s in Kilkenny, surprisingly, might have been the best pint I’ve ever had. Stronger coffee notes, for whatever reason.
Agree better Guinness down da country great pints around Castlebar Mayo😋
Great video , in fact so good I watched it twice!
Yes lads! That's the sort of content we crave. I've always wondered what Jason does for a living. The answer was a lot more interesting than I expected. Great crossover. And great to see you on the Guinness again.
Two legends together 💥💥💥great watch, I'm gonna have a Guinness or two right now🎉🎉
Let the world put their differences aside for one day and enjoy this momentous occasion.
2 legends one channel brilliant episode. Was great to see Jason out of his own videos I’m a fan indeed. Great great interviewing, great content. Cheers 🍻👍
The guinnessverse 😂 Have seen a few of his videos, very interesting chats. Fascinating to hear about the bridge!
Mutton is an absolute specimen
Two generations united in the pursuit of pub culture and creamy pints!
Mutton’s always been a bit coy on his own channel about what he does for a living. Not sure why, sounds fascinating. Had no idea such a thing even existed. Great crossover vid guys!
Great Video !! Last time i was in Limerick it was 74 visiting cousins, always remember cause the Rumble in the Jungle Ali V Foreman was on that night. Living in the States now but hope to visit there someday !! Looks like great pubs there !!!
What a brilliant crossover. I watched Jason’s a few weeks ago and couldn’t wait to watch this one. JJ Bowles is an incredible spot. Jammers when Munster play in Thomond but they somehow keep up with the demand like they said. Great people, great pub.
the colab all us alcoholics where looking for! nah in all seriusness great video as always!
Used to go birdwatching with my Dad in cape clear ! Had my first few official pints with him there in my teens.
Ya cant beat a bit of Muttonnn !!!
i wanna have a pint with both of you, Jason seems like a really nice guy to just sit and talk to for hours.
Had a pint of London Black in Reddish Ale in Greater Manchester the other day. Proper good pint. The JW lees Stout and Joseph Holt black are great Guinness alternatives if your in the UK. Irish Guinness is top draw, can't really beat it.
Disagree with that I’m from Manchester originally but live in Castlebar Mayo since 2021 and I’ve da stouts in Holts and Lees and there a bit watery.Redish Vale is a nice part of Stockport
Yep, follow both of yeez' keep it coming lads.. brilliant stuff!
PM is a class act. Love his videos. Cheers for this one Daragh.
Great video. Both channels are fantastic.
Another video where you knocked it out of the park Daragh.
Brilliant video. I think a collab pub crawl would be great craic to watch
Holy cow - this is the ultimate crossover - Yes ! - awesomeSauce
Love you Daragh and been a fan for years but HOW you didn't show show the Shannon flowing by in that Smoking area is beyond me! One of the most amazing smoking areas in the country! 😮
Parents are Irish but I was raised in London so sound more like Ray Winstone than I do Ray Houghton. I lived in Clare for 4 years but never really enjoyed a pint of proper Guinness as I was 14 when we moved back. Anyway, I’m an absolute fiend for Guinness and I’m looking forward to getting a proper pint back in the motherland! Your vids have given me a hit list of pubs to try and I can’t wait. Love the content 🍻👍
Ray Houghton is Scottish 🏴 😂
😂 fair point - I was 10 when he scored against Italy! Just listened to an interview he did and I definitely still sound more like Winstone 😂
I have been on the rafters for some months now
Screaming something to the tune of Crossover of the century
And thank you for the videos excellent stuff I've subscribed to prime mutton channel aswell good stuff lads
The Station and the Albert are top pub for Guinness.Bowling Green pub in Chorlton Manchester has a class pint too
Ah deadly. Great you got together.
You should make a video about Guinness farrrts
I was meant to get married today but when I saw this video pop up I told herself we'll have to do it another time. On my second can now, what a crossover 👏
If anyone's in Manchester and there's Joseph Holts Trailblazer stout on tap, give it a try. It's a great alternative to Guinness.
Love the Guinnessverse! Cheers Lad.
Yo @primemutton you gotta go get yourself a pint of Guinny at The Confession Box on Marlborough Street in Dublin. Arguably top 3 on the north side
Planning a trip to limerick soon but no direct flights from Manchester on a Saturday 😫 and flight on friday dead late and dont land till 10pm ish🤦 whats other airport that near limerick people pls ?
Ive been to dublin last year and cork this year and tried some of the recommendations of guinness guru and really enioyed the creamy guinness that u dont get here in England so looking to go back in august again. Great content as always 🍻
Shannon airport is da nearest to Limerick
Now I understand why he was off to China after his recent Beamish video. Good question Darragh
Alright lad, maybe a long shot but your a travelling kind of man, best pint of Guinness I've ever had was Maguire's bar in Costa adeje Tenerife and it was poured by sol an English woman best pint I've ever had, if you ever fancy going over to Tenerife you fancy doing a review pal
Best pint of Guinness I’ve ever had was in a town called Bunclody in Co. Wexford. Was unbelievable. The Dublin myth is real.
mutton has the stance of a primemutton.
the pour matched the height of the pourers !
I agree with PM in what he was saying about not being able to drink Guinness back here in the UK, once you'd sampled it in Ireland. But you didn't get that with Beamish, maybe because Beamish wasn't brewed in the UK? That's not a statement, that's a guess.
@@Nitaijonjoedasano it doesn’t
My mans Mutton sounds like Gimli from Lotr lol
GUNNISUSS with icecream is sleped on
That was a heavyweight..both winners
Manchester derby...jason wins both derbys😊
Lovely stuff
Forged has definitely got a deeper taste the Guinness , its leaning towards Beamish.
Legend
PM is a class bloke
A Dublin man that hasn't played Irish Don (team card game). Shocked I am. Awful terrible so it is Joe.
Daragh is from Ashbourne 😅
@@conorbrierley1 oh 😆
forged is better then Guinness
Heroes
Ye should take a tour of Cork
TAGI
man that short dude is asking too may questions... the pint is settled and hes still asking.. just pour the pint
Nothing wrong with that. Just wants to learn to do it the correct way.
@@dannyd96 yep, but leaving it settle longer just makes for a bitter pint
