I made these last week, stunning and delicious! I did add gelatin since someone said theirs were not firm. Only issue was they had a bit of a grainy texture. I think I may have over beat the mixture or the gelatin had started to harden. Thank you for your wonderful recipes!
Good thing you added gelatin, otherwise this recipe is only good for presentation not for direct eating. It is too frozen to eat it. Once thawed it melts.
What I love about your channel is that your using a basic kitchen gadgets not the fancy & expensive one also thank you so much for sharing all of this amazing cake recipes and techniques on how to make a delicious cake. 😍🥰😍

Thanks for this idea! I bought some dome silicon molds last year to make dome entrement desserts. I'll try it for this cheesecake, and will add a little bit mango puree into the whipped cream topping to round it out, add some mango juice to the white chocolate. Triple the mango flavor. 👍💯👩🏻🍳

@@emiliamartucci8291 yes! I did use the dome silicone mold. It worked very well. Instead of the bottom layer from this dessert, I used sponge cake as the base of the dome. Because the dome mold is upside-down, it's more difficult to set the base like for this cheesecake recipe. 😅 I prefer sponge cake also. Just get a glass, cookie cutter, or something that's same diameter as the base of the dome. After "mousse" part is set, just put the sponge cake on the dome base and flip out (gently). If I do make this with the crumb base, this is how I will do it: make the crumb base on the side and set it inside a cookie cutter that's same diameter as the dome. Then wait for both parts to set, and layer them. :)

I am hoping that when I retire from my job 30 years in the future, that I want to be a baker w/my own bakery. :) It's a hobby and de-stresses me well. Good luck with your attempt with this recipe! 👍💯 Don't give up, there aren't failures in food making process. They're just called chef's morsels. 😂😬🥴 My family enjoys the ugly and randomly shaped things I've baked so far. Try croissants, they are so easy and not difficult at all. The key thing is this: patience. 💯👍

Can you put it in the freezer longer than overnight? Thinking of making a big batch and just take some out to eat whenever I want 😋
Yep! They will last about a 4-6 weeks covered very well. Take out only what you need and decorate as needed. That’s always what I do!
