Running for ENGLAND at the Great Birmingham Run 10k [] Could I podium in Masters Championship Race?

Running for your country is one of the greatest honours an athlete can achieve. I was fortunate enough to have qualified to represent England Masters in the England v Wales 10k Championships, held at the Great Birmingham Run 10k on 5th May 2024.
I was nervous going into the race, hoping I could do justice to the international vest. Would things turn out better than I had hoped for?

@@tworunningbrooms Yes I ran it too - was aiming for 46:xx but was too warm for me. Ended up with 49:36 which was reasonable. Keep up the great content with John 👍
