Run Forest 5k [] How FAST can I go after 2 Marathons in a month? [] What summer races are entered?

So marathon season is over and what a dramatic one it was! But now it is time to turn our attention to speed.
Dawn travels down to the lovely Queen's Park in Chesterfield to test her fitness over 5k whilst John treats himself. To what?
We then take you through the quite hectic summer racing programme we have planned over the next two months.
