- This is the second in my series of tests on the Panasonic DMC FZ1000. As with the first test, this is a straight out of the box test. No camera settings have been changed from the time I opened the box. The purpose is to show how the camera performs when you point-and-shoot.

After uploading this video to youtube, there has been a serious degradation to the overall brightness you see in Adobe Premiere. I would estimate .7 to 1 F-stop of brightness has been lost. Be sure to check out the second video, it is a better representation of what the camera produces.
Nice clean footage. Hey, do yo notice that the exposure seems much darker when shooting in 4K over the Full HD? I'm assuming it is due to the cropped in factor?
Hey LEXPIX. That is a good question. I have not tried this comparison with shots from the exact lighting and position, but I will put it on my list. This is a good idea. I am busy with a couple of projects right now, but check back in a few weeks and I will see if I can do a test.
