After I descended into beta simp territory in a vain, futile, and desperate attempt to salvage my marriage back in early Fall of 2013, and after my now ex-wife divorced soon thereafter, I had to do a lot of soul searching. I analyzed my behavior, was utterly disgusted by it, and decided that I would never allow myself to fall again into such depths of beta simpdom again. I learned form my mistake and I am still ashamed by it. Never again.

I had a girl literally go back to my car after a date and we hooked up in the backseat. She literally brought up politics and I stood my ground in my stance. She knew what my views were before even meeting me cause it’s on my dating profile but she still went out with my anyhow. I just find it funny she brought it up after the fact of banging me.

What kind of car do you drive? Ect..... so I found a humble Christian woman from Beirut Lebanon, who worked in a law firm for 23 years. Myself I'm a combat veteran, went to college, graduated, also worked at the state as a senior inspector overseeing multi million dollar projects. Now I'm the superintendent/asphalt foreman at a construction company. I also just recently filled as a LLC for tax deductions and bought a sawmill. Holthusen & Seaman LLC. Plan on bringing in my wife's brother's into the game. They both absolutely could be rock stars here. One has a degree in hotel restaurant management from Harvard University the other has a degree in computer science. Both speak multiple languages ect.... all of their friends are doctors, lawyers, engineers, architect's ect...

It seems as though the career oriented woman has become the modern good girl or marriage material wife, as there seems to be not much space for actual traditional women, as technology and culture have removed that role 95% . BPD…..I’ve been in TWO long term relationships with women who have that……you talk about a rollercoaster ride. I’ve done a lot of self reflection and I’m determined to avoid this type of woman in the future. Never again.
I have been in recently in some relationship ( 6 months) with modern bossy type woman.She was at first warm, she was more in touch with me. After few months she accused me of treating her with equality rules when dating and paying for dates. Quite funny how she did not consider herself a feminist at this time.
If she did it would mean GAME OVER for her on financial level, so she has lied to me and herself while exploiting me.
Later on nagging has started and while she was expecting me to be traditional she came out more and more as feminist.We clashed few times and relationship has ended.
I could not stand her telling me as Rich says basic things adult person knows already. As for me there can be only one masculine person in relationship between a man and a woman.

Very true. My wife knows for an absolute fact, that I lead and she follows. And when it comes up that she disagrees, she says it respectfully. My response is usually the same. I disagree and state my points and end with, we are not doing that because if it does side ways I'm the one that has to fix it. I rather fix something I messed up. Now remember this is my wife not my girlfriend. If it was my girlfriend I would barely explain why. She is totally in my frame and I know I am really blessed because I hear HOROR stories of what guys are dealing with now a days. Ps. I agree with Rich also. It's tough to KEEP a girl in your frame especially initially. But it gets WAY easier the more you're in the relationship because they start to settle with the fact that they can't mold you into what they want. An example of frame I just thought of comes from The Godfather. During a small scene where Sonny, his mother and friends are having dinner, his sister mentions that their father (Vito C) never discussed business at the dinner table. That was Vito’s frame. Immediately things change & the family resorts back to Vito’s rules (frame) even though he was in hospital.

I broke up with a gal, we were good friends, but I did not like how she respected my values when I said I did not want to do something. When I broke up, she wanted to know why, and in my head I am thinking I don't mind keeping you as a friend, and I don't rake my friends over the coals. Did not matter, she turned nasty, made a ton of assumptions and went behind my back sharing privileged discussions to try and sabotage friendships I had outside of her. Now if she would ask...

How to kill the beta? Work more. Focus on making money. Making yourself stronger, better, physically and mentally. Make it a practice to reduce “necessities” in your life. Focus on upgrading your life, wardrobe, network, investments. Do not make women your priority. If you have to second guess yourself with a chick, and it’s too difficult and it doesn’t feel like it’s serving or benefiting your program, fuck it, get off the ride. You don’t need them. They need you. Make it so obvious. Then allow them into your life under the conditions that it remains fun and it’s building both people up.

Deprogramming the beta took a long time for me. I started the process after my less than satisfactory experiencess with women, and later during the process, I joined a men's team (men's masculine support circle), and it helped me deprogram the beta male out of me gradually. I would suggeat joining a men's team for any man who want to deprogram the beta programming out of them. The men's team strengthened the masculine and removed most of the feminization out of my behavior. It is like going to the gym to get stronger.

Yes, I was thinking the same thing. To be honest I somewhat "envy" him. He's young, have some red pill knowledge already and his relationship was very short. He didn't have enough time to create that strong emotional bound with her so the pain or trauma are not so much. I had a break up after 5 years of LTR nad that hit very hard.

BPD for sure. i do deep trauma work/ cellular memory release for actually dealing with the wounds in the unconscoius. it is all there, and it takes over the conscious mind as tine goes on in a relationship, because its the 95% of what lives and breathes us,. like you dont really breathe or beat your heart, do you?well, all these reactions, splitting, and needs stem from this repression. i was an empath unplugged beta male bonded to someone who was demonstrated both BPD and narcissism. it was gnarly man. but what massive growth as of a week ago! i realized it was on me, i needed to level up and start to meet my needs first. i was always chasing her, being the anxious, people pleasing avoidant attachment style. anyway, what happened here is the chick issues is with her father back then. not now. therefore, those issues are repressed in the unconscious. doesnt matter what her conneciton with dad is now. you have to vet the early childhood and if she did the inner work to deal with it in presence and awareness. so, sounds like she love bonbed homie and then split, flip flopped due to starting to feel uncomfortable, because the intention of this guy, regardless of beta male, was to project secure attachment style, which energetically was felt by her repression. She lost it because a secure relatioship is foreign and not safe... we default to the familiar, becuase again, 95% of what we don't see is what is running the show. Without emotional intelligence and "seeing it for what it is" like a stoic, it will be a bumpy ride on both sides as we become liabilities to ourselves; not the other. Build that self confidence to where you can set and enforce healthy boundaries so that you can vet people that come into yourself that don't belong there.
You need to chase excellence and at the same time accept yourself the way you are at any given time. And when you are with a girl your mind won't throw things at you like: Am I good enough for this girl? This thought is the problem. You don't need to establish the opposite either. That is just coping and hiding insecurity behind "strength".

I'd like to think I understand the concepts of how to 'kill the beta male inside'. But I feel like sometimes guys can take the concept a little too far - as in... going into the territory of perceived 'I don't give a shit' misogyny. There is no doubt a man needs to show a good number of Alpha characteristics (leadership, courage, integrity, etc., as well as not bowing down to women's emotional neurotic outbursts, and stuff like that), but I also believe women also need to feel supported in their sense of self worth as well. Being their 'bodyguard', 'financial supporter', 'warrior' etc. without what the woman feels is adequate understanding & compassion can also backfire on a guy. The great mystery is how to strike the balance between 'I'm not taking your bullshit' and 'you are my queen'. If the woman is not absolutely 100% mentally healthy herself, it feels like achieving this balance is 'Mission Impossible'.

Those are the details that make the petty statement of “don’t brush your teeth there” moot. That’s the type of detail that is missing. You actually need to own the house, you actually need to have a cleaner hired coming by, you actually have something more important to do. As a red pilled beta, I’ve lived that speech and had none of those reasons I could stand on, so I complied. To me it’s more than attitude, it needs to actually be real to be effective. Def feel like Nick and how tough it is to say that with conviction.
