An amazing thing happens when we shift our mindset and make decisions based out of self verification instead of fear. We discover new freedom, give ourselves grace, and make progress. How do we find freedom in health and nutrition? Amanda explains how in this talk.
    Amanda Nighbert is a passionate leader on a mission to empower others on their weight loss journey. She is a Dietician specializing in weight loss nutrition. Amanda has over 20 years of knowledge and experience in the field with education and coaching. Amanda now uses her experiences to motivate, support, and educate people to reach their wellness goals.
    Nighbert is a registered dietitian specializing in weight loss nutrition. Her passion and purpose are to empower others to break the all-or-nothing mindset and find sustainable change for long-term weight loss success. With 20 years of knowledge and experience under her belt, she provides upper-level nutrition education and support to everyone she works with. With her coaching services and multiple shop offerings, she has cultivated a brand that focuses on giving participants the leading tools and resources to help reach the best versions of themselves. Amanda’s goal is to provide the most current, cutting-edge nutritional techniques that not only provide results but are also sustainable for life.     The LEAN program with Amanda Nighbert is A.Mazing! She gives sooo information abd Truly wants her clients to succeed in their health journey! I lost 14 lbs and 11 inches in two rounds of her program. Most importantly, I've maintained it! I now have tools to help me in a sustainable and life style!!

    This is a great TED talk and the 80/20 approach, the POWER of reset and drop the "might as well thinking" and always do something will change your health. It did for me and I am so thankful to the LEAN lifestyle. Great TED talk!! Share with your friends and family.

    This is incredibly profound and stretches far beyond nutrition and physical health.
    Did your life just crash and you have no clue what do? Possibly even at the end of your rope? Make a non-negotiable for the week to follow and stick to it, one day at a time. Follow it through. build on it.

    So, in German, Dieter is a name (pronounced Deedah). I was really interested in why they fail so hard. My first thought was 'Shouldn't this be "Kevin"?'
