      Dr. Sy pwede po bang mag lecture kayo tungkol sa ORAL care? Alam ko hindi kayo dentista pero siguro naman may maipapayo kayo. Kasi napansin ko maraming Pilipino na kulang ang mga ngipin. Sorry po hindi ko maipaliwanag kasi po ako ang una kong napapansin sa tao ay ang bibig.

    Thank you so much doc , ngayon ko lang alam na ang papaya pala naka baba ng blood sugar ,mula ng nalaman ko na may diabetes ako hindi na ako kumakain ng papaya kc Hindi ko alam kung puyde ba kainin sa may diabetes , ngayon alam ko na ,thank you doctor Gary Sy , I'm sure marami kayong natulungan sa mga vedio nyo , God bless you and your whole family , keep safe always

    Papaya...vegetarian po Ako 27 years na..at ang papaya ay is one of my food everyday ...walang side effect sa akin...I eat papaya 3times a day dahil Yan Ang kapalit ko sa rice...pati lahat na klasing karne pati isda ayaw na tanggapin ng sikmura ko..iniwan ko Ang mga masasarap na pagkain na Yan when 27years ago nagkaroon Ako ng high blood..sa awa ng panginoon Ang sakit na Yan ay nawala sa katawan ko...at lumakas Ang immune system ko sa awa ng Dios walang karamdaman na mga aray tiis...I am thankful that the Lord enlightened me as a pure vegetarian..as I said PAPAYA is one of my major food...

    I like papaya very much doc.
    Nilalaga ko yung dahon at iniinom pinakatubig ko, napakalaking tulong po sa akin since I have a respiratory problem and hypertension between my heart and my lungs, pag umiinom po ako ng papaya juice my breathing improves.
    Napakaraming benefits talaga ang papaya (healthwise)

      Hello 🙋🏼‍♀️
      Ibibilad ko muna ng ilang araw ang dahon bago lagain para medjo mawala yung pakla, pag nag change na yung kulay mga 15-20 mins lang pede na, papaya tea 🍵
      2-3 months continues drinking ma feel mo na ang results sa tuloy tuloy na pag inom ng nilagang papaya leaves, maganda din sa fatty liver, abnormal din atay ko noon dahil sa daming gamot iniinom, awa ng Dios 🙏🏼 medjo ok na din. Nakakapag exercise na din kahit sandali 10-20 mins daily na di kilangan mag puffer🙂 noon kasi kinakapos sa paghinga ni 5mins lang bumibigat na dibdib ko, nakakabitbit na din ng medjo mabibigat. Thanking God 🙏🏼❤️ pate BP ko ok na. Cheers

      May roon po akong heart enlarge keep eatinh ripe but it doues not work po yong optha ko po amaze cya at 68 still 2020 vision but lately @73 this year e slight CATARACT eyedrop po lang makukuha pa daw po..i start ds year po eye drops 10 eye drops maintenance f i ms eating papaya lumalabas ponitim na floater.

Last night, I had a scary issue of very uncomfortable feeling around my stomach. Ngayon nalaman ko na ang dahilan.       @@rickygurrobat7998 hindi po, yung ripe or dilaw na papaya may lycopene na mas mataas din sa antioxidants para proteksyon sa cancer at sakit sa puso.
