Avoid large meals at least 4 hrs before sleep 6. Avoid sleep medicines 7. Avoid power naps 8. Relax before going to bed. Read a book 9. Take a hot bath/shower 10. Make bedroom comfortable. Gadget free 11. Sun exposure during daytime 12. Don’t lie in bed awake.

May chronic insomnia ako tapos dagdagan pa ang available na oras ko para makapag exercise ay sa gabi lang kasi 6am start na work namin kaya kulang talaga palagi sa tulog. Also, pag marami problema mahihirapan ka talagang matulog lalo't madami kang utang, o di kaya may kapamilya kang may malubhang karamfaman o kung may punagdaanan kang truma, mahirap matulog.
Wala akong personal na problema sa sleep. I can sleep once I lay down on bed. What I developed was gestational diabetes on my last month of pregnancy. I was worried about giving birth at the same time I felt uncomfortable with my big belly. Then yong first two years ng baby, disturbed din ang sleep cycle. Then I developed pre diabetes with lack of sleep when my child turned teens and work stress that I stayed awake waiting and worrying for my teenager. Being stress sa work I ended up eating unhealthy puro fast food. After my child grown up and live on her own, I lived healthier and slept better until these last few months that my dog wakes me up in the middle of the night now that the dog is starting to have dementia. He is pacing, hard breathing and scratching at night that keeps me awake, separation anxiety :( My sugar shoot up to 9 A1C last month and I stopped medication for 7 years dahil ang daily ko is below 140 and below 180 after meal. I eat lots of veggies and fruits. I am eating less fruit after listening to you. I try to take power naps all these years na minsan I got into trouble when I was still working. Nag na nap alo sa kotse, and many times that nap ended up more than an hour, late ang balik sa trabaho. Also, I when I attended a night college course after work. Nag nap ako sa kotse, when I woke up tapos na ang klase :( Madali akong makatulog and I can sleep straight for 6 hours kung walang disturbance. Plus it is easy for me to take power naps.

Beyond this, you'll have the tendency to sleep continuously for hours and wake up lethargic. So what I do is to alarm my cellphone so that I won't oversleep in the afternoon. I don't take a nap after 3pm so that I can sleep at 9pm which is the start of body & mind repair. 9pm-5am is the best time to sleep for optimum rejuvenation. 9pm-1am is the period of repair of body organs. 1-5am is for rejuvenation of muscles & brain.

Doctora bumata ikaw bala subra. Effect din ba yan sang pag fasting mo? Nag try na akong mag veggies lang at mga source of protein with out rice for two months na tapos nag payat na ako pero nag craving ako sa mga foods nag kain ako mga carbs for a week hala nag tingling na naman akon mga foot so balik diet naman ako ngayon. Doc bakit tumataas padin ang sugar level ko po although pumayat po ako from 65kgs to 57 now. Ang problem ko po doc yung sugar ko parang tumaas po kasi from 100 to 107 now 147 po. Doc im doing low carb for 3 months now. Doc please help po anung gagawin ko

Kapag naglolow carb diet po ako, sumasakit po yung tagiliran ko. Bandang liver side po. Yung pain nya po is parang ngawit ng muscle. Ndi po ba nahihirapan ang liver ko since wala na akong gallbladder?

Doctora bumata ikaw bala subra. Effect din ba yan sang pag fasting mo? Nag try na akong mag veggies lang at mga source of protein with out rice for two months na tapos nag payat na ako pero nag craving ako sa mga foods nag kain ako mga carbs for a week hala nag tingling na naman akon mga foot so balik diet naman ako ngayon. Happy to let you know lang na etong program mo is very good and effective talaga lalo na sa may idad na tulad ko. Grabe very energetic ako hinde na nga ako naga usana supplements eh. May insomnia den nanay ko 4 to 5 hours lang tulog thank God 75 na siya hanggang ngayon at nag farming kahit pigilan namin ayaw papigil kahit nagpapadala kmi ng pera monthly ..God is good.
