To prevent this roll out between 2 sheets of greaseproof paper. Your video popped up at the perfect time as i just logged on to look for edible gift ideas. I'm going to do those fruit biscuits today! I just made ginger cookies the morning before I saw this. I tried to make it healthy so I used oat flour, flax, date paste instead of molasses and banana instead of butter. It had a bit different taste but still was quite good.

That's great because some people don't like the strong flavor of molasses so I think I will make these and give them to those who think they don't like molasses. I was going to mention that also.🙂 I'll add that if you do like eating dough you can use oat flour or you can heat all purpose flour to kill bacteria.
