Does not inflate to shape. Never mind fixing it. That is easy. The pumped up beams twist and fold like broken legs. Pump them up harder? They still fold. Do not waste your money. 15 minutes my a hole! Not even with 4 adults.
Very easy to use until it punctures then try getting a replacement bladder, not blaming Leisure Outlet but support from local shop abysmal. Still waiting 3 weeks spoilt holiday. Awning its self is good quality but bladder failed after 3 uses. Quite heavy to get in the track.

Worst awning I've ever had changed bladder 4 times each bladder lasts 2 or 3 trips happened again last trip took it down and binned it will never buy any outdoor revolution product again
Had exactly the same experience. We had the Elise and it was a heap of crap! Their products should be recalled as their air bladders are not fit for purpose.

Hi, in a windy day, my airtent was released from caravan's channel and the airtent collapsed. Am I doing something wrong?

Rock pegs, not a good idea when pegging out on grass.
