I think it will probably help. I have a bad back also and this has helped a lot. There's a lot less pulling at odd angles when reaching up high. Hope it helps you and glad you liked the vide.
DT. Just to say a big thanks regarding your rear view camera video. Gave me the motivation to fit one on my Pamplona. Like you, with out drilling any holes. Put my camera on top of the high level brake light. Thanks
You have pushed the awning almost all the way onto the caravan and still never used it By the time you faff about with this I can have a full awning on my own in the rail and all the way round the caravan in under 1 minute Try a video showing it using a full awning bet it doesn’t work
I can assure you it does work with a full awning and in this video I only pushed the awning up to the point where the start of the awning is level with the pulley. I used it with a large air awning on this video th-cam.com/video/ASm-4onpy-A/w-d-xo.html

Never seen anyone at a site use this at all as I know it doesn’t work for a large awning even a porch awning never seen anyone use this
