Hi. I love your videos. I would like to buy this truck but I’m not sure which one to get. Would you recommend the Kit or the RTR? I would really like a good suspension system and I will upgrade the tires to a bigger size if I got one. How many versions of this pick up truck are there available? Does anyone know? Thank you
Thanks a lot for watching Erico! There are a lot of options available right now, both RTR and kit. Generally, you get more with the RTR versions because they include electronics, so if you are just getting started that is probably the way to go. If you already have your own electronics, the kit versions tend to be higher quality, more metal, less plastic, and include other options, like the 2-speed transmission. If your focus is on building and upgrading, go with a kit. If your focus is on getting out and driving, go with the RTR. Either way you can't go wrong, its a super fun hobby!
They have an "RTF" version that comes with all the electronics you need, but this is the kit version, which you have to build yourself and does not come with any electronics.
The RC Cave for sure man thanks! I’ll probably get a kit because I’ve never built one before but I’ve taken and rebuild plenty of race RC’s but I understand that it’s personal preference for motors but what would you recommend
The RC Cave right on man I agree about it feeling to much like a toy from the toy store. What motor did you use? And do all kits come with a 2 speed transmission?

Works great, though since this is a scale crawler I never go all that fast so nothing really breaks!
