Giving yourself grace in the summer is so important. In houston its been in the 90s and 100s lately, and sometimes I just beat myself up when I dont hit the paces or distances I want. You're crushing it and you always provide a lot of inspiration!
You and me both. Currently training for my first Marathon in the Twin Cities. Been waking up at 4:00am to escape the Houston heat, but even so that humidity is still killer. I'm so looking forward to feeling that Minnesota cold in October on race day.
I was chatting to a friend on last weeks long run (also towards the end) and we were both saying how important it is to celebrate the small wins and just being out running is such a big thing that shouldn’t be taken for granted.
Getting an early morning recovery run, have work in a few hours and bit tired. However got the notification for this video, definitely a great way to wake up for the day and before a run. Keep it up Eric, you got this 🎉🎉🎉
Loved the talk about mental strength and the scenic views on the runs, just so amazing to be able to run in nature. Can’t wait to be able to get out there myself again. Video provided awesome motivation and entertainment as always 😊
Bruh I needed this vid today. Had a really tough time with yesterdays session in the heat here and was feeling down I had to call it early. Was being really harsh on myself but hearing you say to yourself you needed to give yourself grace from the heat, just I dunno. I needed to hear that. Thanks for posting and possibly turning my whole week around.

texas running is so tough, always have to change my expectations running in dallas heat. that and wake up at 6am
@@joshlass4987 yeah starting a run before the sun is up is pretty much the only way I've been able to stay even close to my training goal lol.

@@rfs9210 good luck with the rest of your training and with the race! I'm training for the Houston half in October myself.
DAAMN Eric - the videos are getting better every single week! G1M
Hands down the best produced running videos on TH-cam. Love the music too! This is the gold standard 👍
Thanks so much! Cyrus is absolutely killing it with these episodes.
Chicago ain’t ready, Floberg coming.
I can literally never contain my excitement as October nears.

Thanks for dropping by!
2x3 and then an all out mile? That Jeff Cunningham is a baaaaaaaaad man.
there you go Flo! You got to implement trail running! it's a whole other side to things
So fun!
Just wait till temps come down man 🤘🏻
CAN'T WAIT!!
This ranks as one of the better things I've done while icing my shins after a speed workout
Love to hear it.
Can't wait until you experience a full trail run, you'll be hooked.
Oh I know I'll be obsessed. I guess I just need to move out of Chicago to fully embrace it haha
What a beast you are 👏🏻
Those shots in the valley towards the end, just wow.
Right? It was absolutely stunning.
@@flobergruns Dreamlike for sure.
Damn that was good!
Great job man!
Thank you!!
It is very easy to forgive others their mistakes; it takes more grit to forgive them for having witnessed your own.
Eric, what water bottle are you carrying? More specifically the strap on it. I love my Nathan exoshot but hate the Velcro strap it comes with.
Linked in the description!
Love the further inquiry on that homies workout routine💀
Another Floberg vid LFG 💪. How fast do you think you can do an all out mile?
Mmm probably around 4:40
I'm a simple man: I see a Floberg Runs video, I click and thumbs up. Keep stacking everyone 🧱
MY MAN
I just love these videos. But I miss “ohhhh I wanna get better”
Honestly, same :(
LOL @ the mushroom commentary

Trail hits different
I still want to see Floberg take on a trail race next year
Just may happen
Flogangz!!
Real talk... How often do you wash your coros HR monitor band? I am embarrassed to say myself...🤭
