I love the serenity and quiet of this place! I see this as a wonderful escape, especially during the low season there in Laos Thank you for sharing it, Nat! This made me smile
Elephants are such beautiful, magnificent, and gentle creatures. It's heartbreaking to think just how much they have been exploited by us humans ð ð When visiting Laos, I hope more tourists are encouraged to visit these sanctuaries to help support a good cause. Thank you, Nat, for sharing this trip. âĪ
I agree with what you said. Back in the day when tourism was new to Laos. Most of the camps in Luang Prabang provided riding with a huge basket in their backs. Thankfully, people are aware of animal cruelty and exploitation. And then a sanctuary like these two started. ðð
Good day to you, Nat. I enjoyed this short trip to the elephant sanctuaries. The last spot you visited looked lovely and peaceful. Thanks as always for showing us your beautiful country. Stay safe.
@natnomad always a pleasure to keep up with you. ð take good care of your trusty scooter. I wish you a beautiful week ahead, and may your days be filled with happiness.
Nat, I have an idea for a video. I am considering which country to spend time in in your area of the world. I know nothing about the health care in Laos, would you consider doing a video about health care in your country. If you think it would be a good video, I would be so grateful for your work on that issue. Thank you, William âĪ
