I lost my leg above the knee, shattered my pelvis to dust and suffered a traumatic brain injury. I was life-flighted off the highway that day and doctors informed my family that I probably wouldn’t pull thru. Well- I lived, but it’s been two years since the accident and I still can’t walk. I hope someday maybe I can drive again and get back into working on cars.

The paperplate was what got u? For me it was the greasy non prepared garbage grill with so much oil that all it tasted was that horrible oil, and they had like at least 200% more heat than that fragile meat can handle.. it looked like seared bacon for meatssake

I was just in Vail Colorado 2 weeks ago. We went to this Steakhouse owned by celerity chef Tyler Florence. He happened to be there that night, and came to our table to introduce himself. I had a wagyu tomahawk, and it was as good as you can imagine.
Freeze it then air fry at 450. Drain the fat. Add a little water and plenty of salt into the pot for au jus. Crispy on the outside and no more than medium internally.
I know signing all those hubcaps is a pain, but it's worth it to your fans. We've ordered all kinds of merch over the years, but my two son's most treasured Cleetus merch is the Christmas post card you guys signed and threw in our order a couple of years ago. Thank you! For future reference, slice that steak across first into 1/4" - 1/2" strips and fry on a VERY hot pan for 20-30 seconds per side or until you render the fat and the steak browns. Sprinkle with salt AFTER it comes out of the pan and eat while simmering hot.

I work for an automation company and was doing some maintenance work at Dearborn a few months ago. Had the opportunity to have the quality engineer for Ford walk me through the assembly area of the Predator engine. Very neat to see, and it’s a hell of a factory unit.
