- 1000% not the Ferrari ownership anyone would dream about. Taking my chances on dying the interior on my cheap Ferrari 360 Modena. What could go wrong?

I agree! I get tired of TH-camrs that just take their car to a shop with a bottomless budget and just have a custom interior overhaul. That would be nice but its nice to see tricks like this for the everyman or everywoman
@msb8111 I wasn't. I like the murci interior but I see what your saying. At least this way it's something we could all do to make your leather look different. I have seen people do this and make it red and it looks good.
Yeah that murci interior is amazing. This is more who I am and how I do stuff. Sure I’d like a baller full oak green suede setup but also this is nice and cost me 100 bucks and like 4 days of my life.

😂 i had an e36 that the previous owner redid the headliner in leather. Looked pretty good considering the same dude used wood screws on some interior pieces.

Great video guys. As a Leather technician for the past 23 years, one thing I might suggest for any future projects is to apply the first coat with a sponge, then apply the next few coats of pigment using a professional spray gun (and compressor) on low volume/low pressure. leaves a more consistent finish and is much faster. Apply a top coat sealer is also advisable even though the take-home kits say they incorporate it into their mixture, a decent sealer just makes the finish last long and is much more wear resistant over time. Other than that great job!!

Voting to keep the seats! I think the white accents the passenger kick plates/pedals, center console, head unit trim, and speedo trim. It breaks up the interior giving it a classy feel (shows that VW kid heritage) and not in-your-face boy racer red (even though that's what all the Subaru boys do). It's dependent on what you change the exterior color to, but I dig how the interior looks (except for that hand brake).
I Agree. The Seats are really setting the Vibe. If these were just Black Leather it'd be so Drab and Boring!! So many Ferraris I dislike just this fact!

I actually like the color itself on the car and could look good. The main issue is that other colors look better.
I just can't take it seriously. it's the same color as my first car, a 2002 Malibu in light driftwood metallic.
I thought it looked very classy. Actually liked the Silver with the Crema.
I hated the Colour until the BBS Gold wheels went on and now I think it looks Great. That with Colour Combo on the Recaros really stand out.

I just re-dyed [black] my seats and door panels on my 355, and it looks great. As long as you use good dye, the leather will stay soft and it lasts a long time. Good job! Looks great.
