It’s not a game. It’s just being aware. Men pursue what they want. They don’t like it handed to them. They want to earn it. When a guy is not acting in a way that expresses wanting to please you- He’s simply not in it with you and will never be. Even if he begrudgingly hangs around to have some comfort. With the right guy, you’re not ignoring him, you’re at peace with it being his choice to pursue you or not. And you’re allowing him to give you his effort. And the express happiness and gratitude for him showing up as a willing and invested man when he does those things to show his commitment to you. Because it’s still his choice to commit to you.
I don't feel at all that he's saying to ignore men. I actually feel like it's more like, be so whole, so complete and happy by yourself that the guy is a great perk in your life. When he goes out of his way a little bit to please you, be pleased, but have a life FIRST.
I was definitely enlightened. I have always given SO much to my men in relationships and I certainly didn't know that this would be a turn off. No wonder I always end up being taken advantage of!!! Thank you Dr. Gray!

The *"rocket science"* of female sexuality????
(I totally understand if you feel uncomfortable replying to any of the Q's below.
However I figured it doesn't hurt to try and ask!) Thanks
1. Do women crave as intensely & viscerally to LOOK at, and touch, the male body (Ex: forearms, shoulders, hands, muscles etc.) in the same manner we may hunger for the female body?
2. When a woman sees a man in a well tailored suit does it trigger "sexual longing", in the same way a female showing skin (sexually) might cause in men?
3. Is sexual excitement binary (similar to us men; we are either not thinking about sexual excitement, or we have been triggered and now have to consciously address it, either by squashing it or......) or does it have many stages like 1-10 ladder, similar to an all day slow simmer?
4. For Females the primary motivation for sexual contact is borne out of? A) Emotional Intimacy & mental connection B) Curiosity, adventure & pleasure C) Desire for satiation (Orgasm).
*I do understand that women differ from one another, as well as throughout the month it may vary, but a rough outline would still be really helpful .*

I hate when men talk too much. I thought "strong and silent" was a man thing. Are there no more men?
Conclusion: men are like eggs. Woman have to be totally balanced and have a total balanced speech in order to keep man close to her. If not the egg "runs". where is THE MAN on this planet?

Dr. J received his PhD from a "correspondence course" and was an assistant to the Maharishi for several years. People need to know this before trusting this man's views on ANYTHING.
I am going to presume this to be similar to the online courses that people take nowadays for bachelor degrees and technical degrees, etc. We didn't have the internet when he was doing this. And there are all sorts of Eastern Contributions online now than ever. What I would worry about are all of these life coaches that we find online. And all these men who purport to be experts on relationships. I think we need to know where everybody comes from. And online we know where nobody comes from.

Wow the whole driving thing is a revelation. As a woman, I don't see "slow down" as unsolicited advice, I see it as "can't you tell you're driving too fast and I'm uncomfortable, slow down!" and his answer should be "sorry, I didn't realise, but now that you point it out Ill slow down. And I'm sorry I made you uncomfortable". Do we really have to do that whole routine where he doesn't get his ego bruised and you have to pretend to appreciate him for something he should be doing without even being told? Fortunately I'm single so I don't have to worry about it! The more I watch these videos, the more I'm glad I'm single! Life is sooo much easier.

re the back seat driving, it is so true... I never complained, but when my husband would drive so fast it scared me, if I would grab the handle, that was feedback he didn't appreciate even so!

I just meant : 1) the guy is NOT entitled to call himself a Doctor 2) what he claims are HIS ideas and are not scientifically based 3) His speech is very conservative.
