Oh my ! everyone should listen to this. I’m widowed now and became widowed at a young age but enjoyed 15 years of a wonderful marriage. By listening to this certain points that were made took me back to my marriage. I think every couple should sit down and watch this ….probably more than once. The hormones and all of the chemicals in our bodies play such a huge role that millions of people are not aware of.

In my twenties I was told that men could get very painful cramps called "blue balls" if they were sexually aroused through kissing for a long period of time without being allowed to ejaculate. Thus putting pressure on young women to go further sexually with that person than they wanted to in those moments in time. I had found that confusing and bewildering.

There were two triggering statements that used to come from my late husband. John talks about women using the phrase ‘we need to talk.’ Well when my husband used to say to me ‘Don’t get excited’ or ‘Relax’ that used to trigger me a bit. He passed away nine years ago so of course when I look back at these moments I can laugh now but at the time for me as a woman those were two very triggering statements or phrases.

Thank You very much to sharing us these useful videos! I am very greatful! But there is something: you say men won't leave whom have great sex with. Well my ex boyfriend told me always i was the best and cause i knew him well also saw on him that its true.. but we argued a lot cause live with my not easy parents.. and with time he was very very rude with me in more ways, so we broke up cause i had enough, and HE doesn't want to be together again. He wanted be just sexfriends cause then he didn't feel pressure to accomplishment to make a good relaitonship or be enough good to me (he felt before me from everywhere that they thinks he is not good enough, and i couldn't heal him). But for a while he doesn't want from me anything anymore and dating else. He always said great sex is not enough.

in sex HE's focused in pleasing you and he gets pleasure from pleasing you
if you were the one pleasing him you were in your masculine (performing/doing) and he was in his feminine (receiving)...huge NONO as it's a reverse polarity that doesn't last.
Do NOT become his "friend" he'll use you for sex and never truly commit to you, cut him off and do better with the next guy.

I disagree at the alpha , beta part. Everyone is different and their way to approach other ppl are just due to their personalities and how they were raised as a child, the alpha and beta term come from wolf pack and it's flawed anyway I don't get why humans still used that term

5:03 "Coercive Control" or psychological abuse. Questions like these are how individuals abuse another person by knowing these details by asking questions or by giving support and then removing it. Causes an individual stress. Been taking that knowledge and using against that person. By taking on strategies such as gaslighting bread crumbing slot machining and so many more... In the scientific community they call these "cognitive distortions"
Course of control was illegalized in England and 2015 then on to Ireland and Scotland. I wish it was illegal here in the United States.
What's even worse is when a parent uses course of control against their children from +1mo in to adulthood). Then those children grow up to be adult-children. Who are susceptible to cruise control techniques by others; such as: bosses and other authoritarian figures. Thus causing in those individuals who are being abused to become anxious, depressed and because of these two behaviors eventually lacking sleep leading to suicide.
I hope this information helps :-)

Thank you for the informative pod cast as i have learned a lot in the past few days from you. I am old age 75 never learned anything about sex when i was young. I was a virgin all my life until one day i got raped very badly & had to go into hospital with a nervos break down. All this trama turned me against all men from that day. But a handsome kind good man has asked me to marry him and i said yes. So wish me good luck forward with no problems. I am nervos a little lot scared but will try to learn more and relax & use what i have learned from your pod cast. But I am having thoughts of backing out and not getting married but just to be this mans friend only because i am not able to give any man the 100% of good sex that a man needs on a weekly basis; and our marrage would only end in a divorce i am certain because of my past trama abuse. But i do wish other people who want a sexual relationship good luck & happiness.

By and large, accurate overview of how men and women communicate. But the danger in these sweeping generalisations is trying to make people fit when they don't. Songwriters like Tom Petty e.g. with a rich emotional intereiror sp life -- he was one of life's great transcendors sp and feel lucky to be able to listen to his music when times are tough, which they are right now but all things must pass TX George Harrison. You bought into the American myth and it is a myth. I don't like what is happening in the US I live in Canada my mother was a holocaust survivor her father not so lucky so I don't trust governments but FDR's new deal policy based on John Maynard Keynes economic model of not too many rich people and certainly not too many poor contrasted with Milton Friedman's Chicago School of Economics is Capatalism run amok -- I think relationships in general reflect that. I don't give a fuck about people's hormones but thanks for that insight. Plus you are probably uncomfortable with same sex couples who also have to navigate their deep feelings. Woke culture is idiotic but you like Jordan Peterson come across to me as smug with not enough fellow feeling for people different from yourselves.
