I didn’t finish, didn’t do the 2 side steps and alternating hamstring curls, nor the multiple hamstrings on each side. My hips were starting to hurt so I just walked forward and back.
Great to have a walking workout which is walking not dancing. I'm a lousy dancer but I love to walk! Thank you !

Love this workout, but the music overlay seems to have a different beat and that makes it hard to keep in step with Jenny. Maybe it’s just me…
