Wow, these are the kind of workouts I like. Even as a young millennial, I put this over the gym any day. I have not sweated so much on a work out for a long time. This is becoming my number 1 cardio workout video. I do your other (no equipment) cardio videos too but this is by far the best. The simplest and the best

Jenny I just want to say thank you. I thought I was going to fall apart sitting and doing nothing without any motivation and developing all kinds of sicknesses. Body wrecked with pain. All I do is drive every day and I've been in pain for the last two years and gained over 40 pounds. In a matter of three days watching you I feel so much better. My body is starting to relax and far less tense. I can't thank you enough.

This is a fantastic morning booster! The music and the moves mingled perfectly together and it was so much fun! I especially loved the hamstring curl segment (really works that neglected part of the leg) and the power segments! I can't wait to try more of your programs! :)
I like your marching exercises. It make me sweat! Which is good. I can workout at my own apartment without jumping so much to disturb my neighbor. Please make more marching videos. It's so easy to follow. I like the rate you go at. Other videos are slow for me and my heart rate doesn't beat as high.
Jenny, any chance you might do a full length workout to target the lower body? The lower body is a problem area for many of us. Thank you so much for these workouts.
A excellent workout for beginners or if you have joint issues. It was too easy for me. And I think its because I have more experience with more intense walking workouts. Thank you Jenny for providing another option.

Jenny, I love your videos. I came across them on Amazon Prime and have been doing a few for the past 2 weeks. I am a 68 yr old woman with bad knees. This is just the right amount of effort for me. hey jenny! i'd like to take this "marching with moves"-warm up for my every day workout. It is a great preperation for my step workout. Before using the step I like to do my warm up on the floor. I think that is just better for my joints. by the way I love your tank top. It fits very well to you!!! thanks for all your work! you're a very good & motivated instructor! GREAT question! I always hesitate to tell people how many calories they can burn, as it really depends on quite a few factors. The most accurate way to know of course is to use a HR monitor. BUT, having said that, for a 30 min. session, I would estimate as much as 250 calories and up, depending on how much energy you are able to put into the moves. Good luck, and let me know if you have any other questions.

Did this today, loved it. Very basic moves but the repetitions made it quite a workout. Was so easy to follow from start to finish.
