So you recommend to do a dcr? My cp4 took a dump so not sure if to go with a cp4 and put a prevention kit or do a dcr

DCR all day
Need to come get mine done! Only work half the year with my "9-5" so to speak.. its the 2-2-3 shifts 12 hours even getting 8 of overtime in there working half the year so time to get the 2019 6.7 Powerstroke ready for the road! Just got all new all terrainys need the tranny fluid changed with filter,rear end fluid and might just go with the DPK until have to out the DCR on which it's a hard decision because I just won't have to worry about it with the DCR especially getting fuel all the country oh the 60 gallon S&B.. maybe some overload springs off of a junkyard truck or just new ones.. im running the 5,000s airbags with equilibrium just want those overloads in case which I won't be going over 26,000 pounds gross at first anyway.. once established go with a 350 DRW and CDL.. Hope all is well with you Arod good to see you branched out on your own man! It took a real man to make that video after everything that happened with your job rare these day's for a man to show there emotions which I think shows strength,integrity and character brotha! 2024 goals are the dcr, s&b upgraded tank, upper and lower h&s fuel filters, and the pusher intake. Already have the s&b cold air intake and some missing parts
Another great video AROD! I love how you impart wisdom to us diesel owners. It’s great that you offer a variety of choices for the various areas of our truck that truly needed attention. I have the 2024 F350 high output diesel. I am starting to think I need to put together a list of mods that will enhance mytruck without avoiding the warranty. So far, I have done the banks air intake, the banks, pedal monster, and the Banks monster exhaust. Keep up the great videos.
My 2020 f350 drw has 401k miles w original trans. Getting the trans rebuilt in a few weeks. Also needing the front end rebuilt . Tie rods ball joints. Dpf throwing P2002 code. big decisions need to be made about the dpf system . Other than that my ford did amazing for the four years running . Still runs strong and zero oil leaks .
Dam 401k that’s impressive ……really impressive for a 20’.

How often do you change the oil?
@@kenk4555 8-15k miles. During the hotter months and the truck idleing more I change it between 8-10k miles. Winter time and cooler months where the truck isn’t idleing over night I’ll go up to 15k between changes. I also run hotshot secrets oil additives. Not sure it helps but it deff doesn’t hurt w the additives . T6 Rotella 5w40.

Just put the fleece filter on top of engine, it a screw on filter, what you think about them. Enjoy your videos. Remind me on Diesel Ron.

What’s the difference between the 6.7 high output Diesel in a F350 to a 6.7 diesel in a heavy truck like a F750. Are they the same? Including the automatic 10 speed transmission ?
No, med duty trucks have different emissions turbos,de-tuned, trans pieces....etc. the ho is only pickup and has a different turbo half, trans, calibration etc...
Awesome video! With the Donaldson filter, where does the WIF sensor/plug in go? I recently retrofitted the Black Market Performance lower filter mod using a CAT filter. There is a screw on billet cap at bottom of filter that the WIF sensor goes into. Thx for reply.

I think my def is wiggling under the truck and about to fall off do to living on a rough dirt road would ford be against warranty coverage if my radio didn’t work anymore or let’s say my trans went bad? I mean I don’t think this def wiggling would stop a warranty coverage from the previous listed what are your thoughts ?

For anyone interested in hotshotting, DO NOT do it! It is 100% dead. There is no freight market for hotshots. Unless you have contracts, signed contracts with shippers. Not contacts, contracts. This might turn back around in November if things align for the good of America. I closed the doors after five years due to no freight for hotshots.
There's a lot of people making money still. If it gets slow use dispatch services or lease onto a reputable company.

There maybe a couple of larger carriers out there moving freight for a very small profit. However, dispatchers and small carriers are not making. Small and large carriers are folding at a fast pace, daily. Along with brokers. This is a not strong business nor profitable business in todays market.

I want to do all these upgrades...not until im close to being out warrenty though. 2024 f450 6.7 ho 6600k miles. I got the esp extended warrenty. 7 years 100,000.
Because you are still under warranty doesn't mean that you can't do any of these things.......

Arod, is that Donaldson filter for the lower filter the same for a 2016? I have the lower filter kit with the CAT filter and also would like to use the Donalldson with the clear bowl.

Are you saying that material still got into the fuel system when the CP4 failed or just that your CP4 failed.

Unfortunately the Powerstroke’s are rare to get past 500K miles without engine failure. 90K of the hotshot drivers I’ve talked to has had engine failure with these trucks. My Ford was done at 350K miles and my good friends was done at 386K. Both 2019 trucks. Another friend had 287K when his engine went on his 17 F350.
There are ways to get way more miles out of them.
