Good to hear your thoughts about what makes an answer stand out. Would be interested in a video that gets into specific questions you've been asked that really made the candidate stand out. It can be a challenge as a candidate to get questions in conversationally during the interview. Then you have 2 minutes left when they ask "Any questions?" I'm like hell yea I do, but they won't be 2 minute answers😂
