This guy is literally the reason I have a £200k turnover business, 8 years after I read Start With Why. I was stuck in terrible organisations obsessed with making money and lacking customer focus. My business is now successful because it's about why I do it, not about my bottom line. The success comes and the moral business stance is the reason. Thank you Simon.
I think in every habit "compound pounding" effect is the best solution... People probably know this effect but forgot about it because of being too distracted by media or thoughts etc. in sport, in business, in relationships. 1. If you use compound pounding in sport, (exercissing for an hour) you will see no results in 5 days, but you will see big results in 100 days. 2. If you will say a good morning to people, you will see no effect in 5 days, but you will see a great difference in 100 days. 3. If you will practice the compassion for your partner and make some good deed, you will see no or small difference in 5 days, but you will see a great difference in 50 or 100 days, you will see how much you mean to them. People see this compound pounding effect in the nature, the garden looks the same after few days, but after a 100 days it looks different. Therefore you can not tell if your values are working after one week, because you see the effect after 100 or 140 days. Maybe each couple should practice this technique, If I will make something small to make my partner happy, for a little moment, they will remember these little moments, and good calm or happy mood increases the immunity of the body by 50 percent in 4 days. So their kids will learn the same technique. They will learn that if they will read a book 10 minutes a day, it has a great impact on brain. Next time it may be 20 minutes a day. But if you stop doing the healthy habit now... after a week it makes no difference after 140 days the results change for worse, you loose muscles or you lose some skill or motivation etc. Good deed may be also making a pizza or small things. People actually enjoy small things much more than big gestures, because it´s about living in the moment...... Big gestures (expensive car) mean that you actually burned out too much energy to make a small effect, rather than small gestures that after time create a great effect of connection, and people like you for your authentic personality.
So, keep the credit for yourself bc you showed up, you did the work, you moved differently and all bc you listened and heard him to what made sense for you and I love that for you...
🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 🤔 Simon Sinek felt a growing discontent with his life until a friend pointed out that something was wrong, leading him to seek a solution and find renewed energy. 00:42 😌 High performance is about finding a sense of purpose and cause, not just making money. Simon Sinek envisions a world where people wake up inspired every day. 02:05 🌟 High performance is more about feeling in flow and having fun in what you do, where productivity and enjoyment collide. 03:03 🤝 Finding your "why" is crucial to high performance, as it provides a filter for decision-making and helps align your actions with your purpose. 05:08 🐉 Sometimes, to affect change, you have to enter the "belly of the beast," engaging with organizations that may not align with your values to inspire transformation. 06:16 🧠 When delivering a message for change, starting with curiosity, showing genuine interest, and understanding the other person's perspective can be more effective than simply telling them what's wrong. 09:28 🗣️ When discovering your "why," engage in the Friends Exercise: Ask a best friend what specifically about you makes them feel inspired and devoted to your friendship. 14:03 🌐 The power of "why" lies in communicating with the limbic part of the brain responsible for emotions and trust, rather than focusing solely on rational and tangible aspects. 17:07 💬 The language you use when communicating your "why" matters. Focus on expressing your love for your work or organization, as love is an emotional connection that can resonate with others. 20:18 💡 Sharing specific examples and stories that reflect your purpose can be more effective than using general statements to communicate your "why." 20:33 🗝️ Discovering your purpose and doing what you love can lead to a fulfilling and magical work experience. 21:30 🧲 Telling a specific story about what you love attracts like-minded people and repels those who don't resonate with your purpose. 24:31 💡 Having an outsider's objectivity can help in discovering your purpose or "why" when you're struggling to find it yourself. 29:08 ❤️ Being courageous and vulnerable with friends can lead to stronger, supportive relationships and better problem-solving. 33:48 🤝 Acknowledging that no one achieves success alone and seeking help from others is essential for growth and high performance. 35:37 💡 Understanding your attributes and characteristics helps you create environments where you can thrive and achieve success. 39:32 🔎 Being honest and self-aware about your strengths, weaknesses, and learning style can guide you in making choices that align with your true abilities and preferences. 41:10 📚 Struggles faced as children can become strengths as adults. Simon Sinek's ADHD and reading difficulties in school led him to develop skills like asking questions, listening well, and connecting patterns, which benefited him later in life. 43:02 🌟 Adversity and discomfort play a crucial role in personal growth. Avoiding struggles and over-coddling children may hinder their ability to learn and discover their true potential. 46:00 👥 Good leaders outlive their own lives by inspiring people to believe in something bigger than themselves. Iconic leaders like Steve Jobs are remembered for their impact on people and their ability to challenge the status quo. 49:14 🎭 Simon Sinek's approach to criticism and feedback involves discerning helpful insights from unconstructive negativity. He values the opinions of those he respects but doesn't let harsh criticism affect him negatively. 51:24 ✍️ Simon Sinek initially lacked confidence in his writing ability but overcame it by writing in a conversational style that he himself would enjoy reading, leading to the creation of impactful books. 57:12 🧠 Simon Sinek's trusted editor, Jen Hellam, complements his skills with her meticulous attention to logical consistency in his writing, providing valuable feedback and enhancing the quality of his work. 01:00:10 🌐 Achieving commercial success can lead to increased attention and scrutiny, but it's essential to remain grounded and not let praise or criticism define one's identity. Trusting the right people and avoiding self-absorption is crucial for sustained success. 01:01:19 🏆 Success is often accompanied by perks and privileges, but they are usually for the position one holds, not the individual. 01:04:22 🧭 Having a clear vision (knowing your "why") and surrounding yourself with honest critics can help keep you grounded and focused. 01:05:34 🌊 Pursuing a vision is like building an iceberg - most of it lies beneath the surface, and success requires continuous effort. 01:06:01 💡 Leaders should strive to create a legacy beyond themselves, where their vision continues to thrive even if they are no longer around. 01:07:38 🤝 Three non-negotiable behaviors for individuals and those around them: integrity, honor (doing right by others), and the willingness to improve oneself. 01:08:19 🤝 Honor involves not taking advantage of others' vulnerabilities for personal gain and doing right by people even in difficult times. 01:10:26 🤝 Valuable advice: "Get over yourself" - avoid self-centeredness and entitlement, and remember that you don't have to know all the answers. 01:11:22 🤝 "Three quarters of an answer is better than an answer and a half" - provide helpful insights even if you can't provide a complete solution. 01:12:33 🌟 To discover your "why," consider trying the "friends exercise," or use resources like Simon Sinek's book "Find Your Why" to explore your purpose. 01:13:00 🌟 Live a high-performance life with a golden rule: Strive for the benefit of others, not just personal success. This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel 5 months ago about self development. Now I have 291 subs and almost > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.
@@resonatingspirit Thanks so much! I realized that the main reason for doing this is not about the success but the inspiration I've been providing some people with my stories while helping others do the same as I shared the lessons & experiences through making videos to have a sense of meaningful purpose. Therefore, I’m planning to quit nursing to pursue youtube full time as there are lots of issues in our traditional health systems as these don’t align with my values. It’s a huge learning curve but I love helping people through making videos. Also, as part of my video creation progress, I’m switching to a better editing software and a camera so the learning curve is much higher and slows down the completion speed of my next videos so please hang on tight! I do appreciate your support and kind words! I am hoping that you can join me with this endless personal development journey! :)
this is grea,t congrats. I started a channel in China and my goal was 100 subs. Now sitting at 46k it's been a very rewarding and revealing process. keep grinding, the journey is only beginning.....
@@shanghaiffgg Keep up with your great work as well and never give up! I subscribed to yours as I love supporting people like you! I’m hoping that you can also be part of my self development journey!
Simon, I know your work well and every time I hear you I learn. I am 52 and have danced around nailing down my Why with crisp clarity for long enough, so thank you for more insights to help me do so.
Thank you, 30 mins in and you changed my life. I have been struggling with my purpose and my “why”. I contacted my friend, found my why, and was then hit with a huge wave of emotions. I was a babbling mess at the end. Thank you.
@@mariahconklin4150I think they are all good books. They get you thinking, reflecting and have calls to action threaded into them (at least they do for me). I like his material:)
@@mariahconklin4150 If you're unsure, you can get a preview of certain books literally by just typing the name of the book + e book into Google. There's sometimes a pdf available of the e book. You can either read it or if you want to support them go get it if it seems good. Start with why can be found on Google for example :p
This is a masterclass on so many different levels. I love that Simon touches on how adversity shapes us and makes us more resilient, but also how critical help is. I also want to praise the interviewers for giving time through this interview, for not jumping in, for letting Simon develop his thoughts, and for letting the interview be about interviewee and not the interviewers. I have watched a lot of interviews of Simon and this is one of the best. Well done and more importantly: thank you!
As long as people like Simon exist, indeed there is still hope for a better day tomorrow than it was yesterday. And as long as there are channels who's main aim is to find and sort of "expose" these people for the lessons they have to teach the common folk, then we are good. Very refreshing and very satisfying seeing content like this is regularly being uploaded in an era where tik tok, youtube shorts and insta reels are all created to keep us hooked in a screen, scrolling aimlessly just for another slight dose of unawarding and money grabbing dopamine. Keep ul the amazing work guys. All three of you. 🤜🤛
Hi Guys, I watched lots of Simon videos and I defined my company's why. The why makes much more sense than other concepts. And yes!!! Working is fun!!! Many people are expecting me to go into retirement because I have the age of retiring and... die. So I have lots of energy because I am doing what I love and in my case it is developing my company, provoking enthusiasm in the team, having new ideas and projects, travelling all over the world, meeting new people who are passionate about what they do, sometimes buying a dream car etc. Do you think that my brain is foggy because I am 66? That I am tired because I sleep sometimes 5 hours for 4-5 nights or even less? Not at all! Be passionate, learn to love what you do. Everything is interesting guys. Thanks to Simon because I feel less alone!
Thanks for sharing your experience am really glad to listen all people who had more experiences and perspectives than I do. So I could change my perspective of live and my thoughts. The live isn’t only have career it’s far from that. I’m 24 years old getting more and more experiences from old people every day. I used to stick materialistic things and realised this isn’t what supposed to invest your time and money. Now I understand more than I do one year ago and I’m curious to learn more. Finally thanks again and I do apologies for my broken English.
When he said ask a best friend in order to find out your why, I felt very sad. So many young men are friendless nowadays. No connection and then no mirror to project one’s self off of. Social connection and support is the number one way to feel happy as a human. More and more men are experiencing financial problems and downward mobility. Drug use is up and overdoses are becoming more frequent as well as suicide. Not to mention a meaning crisis due to shifts from more religious beliefs to materialism and nihilistic attitudes. More work like Simon’s is needed for sure but also something systemic must change to help out some of the most forgotten and down trodden of society.
I came here to make a similar comment, although it’s not just a young man issue (I’m 50) but definitely worse for young men today than when I was young.
Simon espouses the reason I’m Here, supporting others to make the change they want to see (to be), living lives of value… it takes courage and as above comments 😢 attest to - so many people feel alone and lost, at this critical stage for humanity… (globally). Which is why I have committed my own life to working alongside my own mentor, Daisaku Ikeda : whose life’s work I wish to continue now he’s passed. My own sense of purpose comes from continuing to chant and continue his legacy of encouragement & inspiration out into the world to give others the courage to have hope, show them they do have the power & heart to make a difference…. Every life is precious and unique. Every life is worth living & a change in one persons heart can change the world… 🌍 if you wish to find out more about the philosophy I follow…. you are so right. It is difficult to make friends especially close friends and those who have respect as one runs through the race. I have focused on loving the race for what it is. On the good side I never finished 7th grade and in the long run got my Masters in the US. I was older because so much energy went into surviving with no family. I consume books like Simon's and others like his. I just remind myself that money or fame isn't equal with happiness. Travel. and making connections there is wonderful
Very true!! Men out there, how do you meet others and what suggestions do you have? I am a woman and have many friends that sustain me, so I can’t imagine not gave others to lean on.

Simon is never metrics driven. He focuses on why we should feel success as feeling only. I was unclear about my "why???" as well. After I began listening to him, I was able to figure out my "WHY" for being stuck in a Berlin train station in 2019. He is truly amazing gift to this world, and you can see how concerned he gets when his respected people call attention to his errors. He takes it gratefully and gets to work on it. My friend, keep on rocking! 🥰
Many people from around the world have been inspired to action by books, by podcasts, and people like Sinek... I heard about him and his books back in 2020 through a program our Landlord(who's Real Estate Development company has grown exponentially)used to run on Friday's(Fire Fridays)... I wasn't ready then, many of us tenants weren't ready then(Young Aduls) but eventually the seeds were planted- many went on to start their own business, or transform their mindsets and lives... There places or people you connect with and you never remain the same...
Love Simon Sinek! Became a fan after listening to his interview on The Diary Of A CEO. He told a moving story in that interview about his brief trip to Afghanistan and what he learned through that trip. You've gotta listen to that whole interview because that was the best one he gave!
I deeply and profoundly respect and love this man. I have been following him and used his WHY since the v beginning and I am happy to say this his teaching have saved my life and helped me with others' lives when I used to work in a rehab centre and later as a psychotherapist and coach / mentor. Thank you for this interview and for the extended version on the app.
You're so courageous ...when you show your vulnerable side to a world that is uncertain, it will embrace you in its arms and cradle you to comfort...love and peace 💖 💓 💗
Created in God's image, we too are creators through language. The communicators are the innovators, movers, change agents, healers. We are how we are because that's how we are created. If we just work with the template, we work! Great conversation, thanks so much.
Simon Sinek is always an inspiration to listen to. His words truely resonate, as he says not with everyone but those who hear the message are the tribe.
This is the one that will bring clarity, self forgiveness and change for the better. This is the one where you are required to listen deeply... and again... and again. This is the one where those with no hope can find hope. This is the one that will help guide you towards your core, your inspiration, your meaning. This is the one. Don't take it for granted. Don't take it lightly. Don't laugh it off. Tune in silently and you may just find your purpose in Life. Thank you Simon Sinek for helping me find my Why over the last decade or so.
Simon's story about finding his 'why' is so powerful, but what struck me most was the importance of vulnerability and having friends who are courageous enough to call you out. It takes a lot to admit when you're struggling, and it takes even more to be that friend who's willing to ask the tough questions. 🙏
A hard lesson learned for me too late. My Clifton Strengths top 5 are Strategic, Activator, Ideation, Communication, and Command. I wish someone had told me long ago that 3/4th an answer is better than an answer and a half. Because I walk in a combination of all 5 of my top strengths, this has caused others to think I want credit for the many ideas that flow from my brain and out my mouth, when in essence, I am only sharing because nine times out of ten, whoever I am sharing with would never have the ideas nor draw the conclusions I do. The problem is, I go to the ones who I think can "activate" these ideas or change, and they rarely move on it, probably because of Simon's executive's quote. No matter how uncomfortable, I must be quiet and talk inside my head instead. So glad I listened until the end.
i listen to this masterclass, this has change my life thoughts today 5/22/24 and help me so much on my why in life and also help me too know who is my real friend whyare also help me buying a existing business and find a investor to fund this business . thank you so much for all your educational. it has change my thoughts and choices in life,
I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 35 and it made all the sense in the world regarding so many things. Loving hearing his personal story and life path 🙏
Oh gaawddd the "I have adhd thats why i didnt do anything but im happy because now i have an excuse" jeezus lady EVERYONE has ADHD and "anxiety" in today's tech driven world. You watch too many "mental health" youtube porn videos.
My son has ADHD, he does the same things - talks a lot, questions a lot, doesn't read and write! Thanks to this conversation, I will be a better mother.
I got up this morning because I knew i had responsibilities, I like to keep my word, and school needs finished so I can finally be in the career I'm studying hard for in psychology. Studying Psychologists aren't all together either, we are trying to figure our best purpose to serve humanity, while not losing our sanity.

The story with the Styrofoam cup is really good. It reminds us to stay grounded and be humble. We're not more important than a tree, an animal or a weed.
His talks are exceptional. Find out your Why?. He can easily convey any complex topics. I started listening to him since last 4 years. And i am now well organized, professionally happy and rich with cash flow. 🍻
This is essential... We all have Down Times in life. Identifying that you are not at your best and then converting that energy it takes to be down ( that is recovering the energy drain and redirecting that energy ) is a learned Skillset. No better time to practice that skill, then when you're down.
A great leader embodies several key qualities, such as inspiring and motivating the team, fostering open communication, and leading by example. They must embrace innovation and adaptability, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Building trust and empowering employees to take ownership are essential elements of effective leadership. By combining these attributes, we can lead with authority and credibility, driving our organization towards sustainable growth and success.
Thank you for this conversation. I love this man.. It warms my heart to witness the kindness in people. When we support and encourage each other, amazing things can happen when we work together. This encourages me to keep improving myself and making a positive difference, even in the little things, even when no one's noticing. Our actions, no matter how small, can have a big impact and spread positivity throughout humanity. Sending love and hugs to your journey x
This interview is amazing - so much to learn here and so much to take in. AND I totally love the look on the two interviewers faces as he speaks - it's delightful! A look of childlike fascination...
there is a lot of Why's..and how to find them.....and where their positions...in someones existance?? .. its been the ultimate journey of seeking ansswers...but..no luck..yet to find them....!! well the warrior brain is tired..and lost...no help around ..what a person can do? its a long and deep convo..to get to the bottom of it....not easy to swallow sugar coated words ....and everyone can have their own take on this podcast..but thank you sir...i appreciate it.

Wow, this video really emphasizes the importance of finding our 'why' in life. It's easy to get caught up in the 'what' and 'how' of our daily routines, but understanding our deeper purpose can be so fulfilling. Thanks for sharing this insightful conversation!
He is really blessed to have friends like that. And from the conversation, more than 1. But I hope he can also provide some insight for people who are not as fortunate as him. His example can defintely be helpful to the fortunate minority. But It is a little unrealistic for the majority.
Integrity, honour... Because I wanted to stick to these values, I lost a whole sales team of people with no integrity and no honour... I rebuilt the team today and they are ways better!!
I agree with you!! Money actually grow on trees but only on trees that was planted by you!! These tress are referred to as investments. How you diversify your investment portfolio matters
Diversification is the key. My portfolio is well diversified with the help of a financial adviser. This helps me make more than +400% monthly on my investments.
I'm intrigued by this. I've searched for financial advisers online but it's kind of hard to get in touch with one. Okay if I ask you for a recommendation?
I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Angela Lynn Schilling” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.
What if I don't have a friend who picks up my call at 3 am or what if there are no best friends? How can I do this exercise? I love what you said that we are the products of how we grow up. That's very true, but hope there is a way out of that horror of an experience. @SimonSinek. I really liked this interview and like always, Simon you are a fantastic speaker and an even better writer. I came here because I liked the promo for this video, which hit me bang on as that's where I am at.
Great example of why body language is not an exact science … he spends a lot of this conversation reigning himself in by crossing his arms BUT those moments are when he delivers the most poignant information. THANK YOU!
Just stumbled across your interview at the right time. I had just started using Miracle Morning to get back on track from depression and was looking for a book to read. Have now subscribed to the channel so I can keep learning and gaining insight from you and your guests. Thanks!
this podcast really helped me to make sense of what "Finding my Why" is all about - I have dabbled in this before but this really got me to think in a different way and the ability to go and listen to the personal experience of Jake working out his why was invaluable
Guys, you know that when you are the boss of a company like mine, which is quite small, you already have to pay attention to all the compliments you get, because otherwise, you might lose your necessary realistic way of looking at your position in life. And a good amount of humility always helps, at the condition your humility is true...
Evidently, a lot is put into consideration when making investments which is why the importance of an advisor is key. Mr. David Samuel Rochon has been my secret weapon for making incredible profits in the stock market. I recommend his services to beginners and others looking to make gains.
Congrats on your finish! Just want to say your content is something I always look forward to and I like your perspective on the game, you deserve more subs tbh
How to be a high performer. 1. Leave the past in the past. When there is something from the past that will benefit you in the present. It will come through the state of Mushin. 2. Get into everything you do. Being a high performer isn't something that you just turn on as needed. Its to be there 24/365. 3. Take in only information that will benefit you in some way. Meaning, turn off the TV, turn the music, read material that feeds your brain with new data. 3. Be a seeker of new experiences. Get out of the house and go do something you know nothing about. 4. Be curious. Let your curiosity move you to do things. The mind is silent, curiosity and your imagination will show you the way.
Yes community is important however your alignment with self must take priority for the moments when the 'others' are not available. Flow state comes from tuning into your own self. Initially that can/will cause separation in order to reset who you are. When we 'need' we are in lack. Work on that. Once fulfilment of self is achieved we can then live our best potential and give/be the best for others 🙏
Met Simon at a company conference many years ago . Recognised then that the senior personnel who invited him didn't really buy in to the purpose of the talk. ironic really .
Didn't buy into his purpose theory doesn't automatically mean its bogus. At a deeper level of understanding, people often have differing views but that doesn't mean 1 party is better than the other. You like ice cream, he only likes cake. This doesn't mean ice cream is bad.
I could be friends with him just as he speaks about. He ‘gets’ the bigger picture like Jobs did. Not everyone has to like us, but if we can tell you our why, show you what it looks like, and address the brutal facts, it changes everything.
insightful and useful for prompts to really think about. with the friends question, i would really like to know where simon met his inner circle now. how did he position himself to be at the right place at the right time. and break that down.
A boss should be also just and honorable with his employees. Employees shouldn’t have to ask for a rise because their boss value their work and gives them a rise when he is making lists of money thanks to everybodies work. Being thankful is another very important feature one should have in mind.
Amazing episode, just love his way of communicating, easy to take in, flowing speech, inspiring! I was a bit surprised the way he was sitting, I could feel as he was uncomfortable in the beginning sitting in the closed posture with arms crossed on the chest. The interviewing guys could be a bit more welcoming, more warm…just asking a dry questions from the head does not make a guest feeling comfortable.
Hey Jedi I want to talk with you. Love Simon- passion humility, and care are prime my marketing that's another story.
3. If you will practice the compassion for your partner and make some good deed,
you will see no or small difference in 5 days,
but you will see a great difference in 50 or 100 days,
you will see how much you mean to them.
People see this compound pounding effect in the nature,
the garden looks the same after few days, but after a 100 days it looks different.
Therefore you can not tell if your values are working after one week, because you see the effect after 100 or 140 days.
Maybe each couple should practice this technique,
If I will make something small to make my partner happy, for a little moment, they will remember these little moments,
and good calm or happy mood increases the immunity of the body by 50 percent in 4 days.
So their kids will learn the same technique.
They will learn that if they will read a book 10 minutes a day,
it has a great impact on brain.
Next time it may be 20 minutes a day.
But if you stop doing the healthy habit now... after a week it makes no difference
after 140 days the results change for worse, you loose muscles or you lose some skill or motivation etc.
Good deed may be also making a pizza or small things.
People actually enjoy small things much more than big gestures,
because it´s about living in the moment......
Big gestures (expensive car) mean that you actually burned out too much energy to make a small effect,
rather than small gestures that after time create a great effect of connection, and people like you for your authentic personality.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:00 🤔 Simon Sinek felt a growing discontent with his life until a friend pointed out that something was wrong, leading him to seek a solution and find renewed energy.
20:18 💡 Sharing specific examples and stories that reflect your purpose can be more effective than using general statements to communicate your "why."
20:33 🗝️ Discovering your purpose and doing what you love can lead to a fulfilling and magical work experience.

Wow, that is a lot of effort you have put in there. Thank you very much 👏
This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel 5 months ago about self development. Now I have 291 subs and almost > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.
Well done :)

Thank you.
I wish TH-cam had a heart reaction emoji for your comment. Similar for me!! Blessings on your journey!!! 💕
I get it I'm 39 and I didn't know what my why was until I got into food service. Have you read Simons books? Are they any good? I want to buy one.
No I haven’t, but I’m sure you wouldn’t be disappointed buying one. @@mariahconklin4150
He speaks so much about emotional safety and vulnerability. To me this is the key of this talk.

Listening to Simon Sinek is the best decision you'll ever make. LOVE THIS CONVERSATION!!!!
Ah, love how Simon always say something new in each podcast, so much wisdom!
Always, love, love, love when Simon shares his messages!!! Never disappointed by his authenticity! Thank you guys.❤
Paused to come looking for other friendless souls in the comment section... It's not just men... Deep friendships are so hard to form and maintain.
Simon espouses the reason I’m
Here, supporting others to make the change they want to see (to be), living lives of value… it takes courage and as above comments 😢 attest to - so many people feel alone and lost, at this critical stage for humanity… (globally).
(It’s freely given)….

you are so right.
The only bad thing about this episode is that it ends! Nicely done, guys! Great questions! Very fluid interview!

Simon Sinek is an impressive inspirational speaker. Really worth 1:14 hours of interview. Highly recommended!
I knew Simon first time at the Ted Talk. I'm glad to listen to the Simon's talk again. Every time I took ,I aways learn something.

This is essential... We all have Down Times in life.
Identifying that you are not at your best and then converting that energy it takes to be down ( that is recovering the energy drain and redirecting that energy ) is a learned Skillset. No better time to practice that skill, then when you're down.
It Is Such a "High" when I recover.
Simon is like no other in the business world ;*) because he makes total sense with a no nonsense about him.
The most amazing life experience of Simon.
Simon is just amazing as human being. He inspires me every moment to be a better person and to believe that humanity still exists.
He is really blessed to have friends like that. And from the conversation, more than 1. But I hope he can also provide some insight for people who are not as fortunate as him. His example can defintely be helpful to the fortunate minority. But It is a little unrealistic for the majority.

The BIGGEST LIE You've Been Told About Money is that it doesn't grow on TREES!! 😆
Wow, her track record looks really good from what I found online. I'll take a chance and see how it goes. Thanks for the info

I agree, a true prophet.
That she was not widely recognised as one says that we are not ready to listen, not even to a voice as pure as hers
Well, I’m on a search myself. Unfortunately I’m in the dark at the moment, but I am trying. Things are challenging. High performance is the goal.
Long time I`ve seen Mr Sinek, fantastic interview.
I think that’s a common challenge.
I Love my job
Do you think he’s always right
He has done NOTHING.. he writes books but has done nothing.
Didn't buy into his purpose theory doesn't automatically mean its bogus. At a deeper level of understanding, people often have differing views but that doesn't mean 1 party is better than the other.
You like ice cream, he only likes cake. This doesn't mean ice cream is bad.
Giant and a волшебник 🧙♂️ Thank you.
I could be friends with him just as he speaks about. He ‘gets’ the bigger picture like Jobs did. Not everyone has to like us, but if we can tell you our why, show you what it looks like, and address the brutal facts, it changes everything.
Really good podcast, also the lighting, audio, and camera is on point! It's a pleasure to watch.
insightful and useful for prompts to really think about.
with the friends question, i would really like to know where simon met his inner circle now. how did he position himself to be at the right place at the right time. and break that down.
Thank you for you, your message! Great leader!
A boss should be also just and honorable with his employees. Employees shouldn’t have to ask for a rise because their boss value their work and gives them a rise when he is making lists of money thanks to everybodies work.
Being thankful is another very important feature one should have in mind.
Fantastic! Purpose is so important
My purpose is to dismantle the people who tried taking me down for 0 reason.
