- This new unique single wide mobile home is the seventeenth house I will be showing from the 2023 Biloxi Manufactured Housing Show! Stayed tuned I toured several brand new prefab home models and they will all be coming very soon! This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Fleetwood Homes). The model for this home is the “Clarke” This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,140 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Love the layout of this single section home ! Great home for a young couple or a retiree. The only thing I would want to change is to have sheet rock instead of board and batten.

You really should come up this way. You should bring your family as well. Montana is beautiful. The mountains are something to behold.

Northern IL here. I, too, ate off of TV trays growing up. We had a bar height counter in the kitchen, but it seated only 4 and we were a family of 5. The dining room was strictly for holidays and when company came over, as was the formal living room. So we used TV trays in the family room and watched TV while we ate. Nice single wide.

Hello from North Dakota! This is a nice home, if you like single wides. The one thing I don't understand is why put windows that don't open in a house? I would want all the windows to open, including the transom windows, I like my fresh air circulating in my house. Thanks for sharing all the homes you tour. Hubby and I love to watch them together while eating our supper. We call it our "Dinner Date" and rarely miss any of them.

I always love the porches
I'm just a few minutes west of St. Louis. Being as I would be by myself, I would turn that first bedroom closest to the kitchen into a walk-in pantry with an upright freezer. Being as I don't even use my regular closet for cloths, that walk-in closet would be for my yarn and that vanity I would turn into a craft desk.

Wow i love the porch,nice roomy livingroom,i like the kitchen also,i would not feel so closed in while cooking ,but i would change the cabnits and counter top coloring,smaller room would be a office and a guestroom,nice laundry room ,bath is nice size,nice size master bedroom ,nice walkin closet,i like the master bath, nice for single person or retired couple ,i watched it from Rosamond California,about 14 miles from Edwards Airforce Base where the space shuttles landed.have a great day 😊

You make great videos Chance! Thanks. I live in a 1985 single wide mobile. 2br/2ba. I must say my floorplan is far superior than any of the new ones. Larger living room, way more cabinets in the kitchen, better eating area. And mine's 16x66. Wish they'd get more talented interior architects in the industry. Wish I was younger and talented in that area to be involved! Love the newer decor but prefer my layout. The manufacturers need to offer more 2nd/2ba floor plan options. If mine was 10' longer, oh how it would be perfect! Good single wide floorplans are lacking today. Boohoo. I keep hoping. But thanks for all you do!!
They don't make'em like they used to. We lived 8n an older double wide and it had more and better storage than the new house we moved into.
