We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I really like the layout of the kitchen. The fridge , stove, and sink in a diamond pattern means more efficiency.

There is so much to love about this home. The attention to detail is fabulous!
I don’t usually have recommendations for Deer Valley products. However, there are a couple of recommendations I can make. First, the entryway is spacious enough for a closet. Second, there seems to be wasted space in the living room. That whole section on the left, as you enter, lack a purpose as it is currently staged. I’m sure someone with more creativity than I could find a use for the space. Overall, I thought the house was very nice. Thanks for another video for us to enjoy.
Yes! I thought the exact same thing. Maybe it could be repurposed into an office with french doors.
Agreed but I really don't like how the front of the house (porch area) is wasted by using it for the master closet. Office, den, or a sitting room would have been a better use of the space, in my opinion. But a closet?? Seems like a missed opportunity to me. Those 3 large windows were just wasted on a closet.
I like the extra space because I could have my entertainment t area on the opposite wall, and have my piano right beyond the entry. I do agree that a over could go Into the foyer.

I would add a closet to the entry too , that “wasted “ space I put a round “game” table !
I like how the closet is separate from the restroom.
I like this house.It has what it needs to be a home. I like that it isn't a cookie cutter house. I like seeing homes that aren't like every other one on the block.
Wassup Chance?! Just needs a walk in pantry and a fireplace, also a sliding door in the dining room that leads to a screened in deck with a barbecue with counter space and a picnic table that leads to a patio with a screened in gazebo with a built in fireplace, and put the laundry room at the other end and make a bit bigger.
You’re not wrong … That’s a whole other house floor plan, though 😂!

Love it, Chance I just want to tell you I really enjoy your videos! They are never boring or monotone. I came across this one scrolling through channels the other day. I clicked on it not paying attention to who’s channel, anyway needless to say I didn’t make it through the whole video, it was Soo boring. Nice home, but what I don’t like is the master closet in the front with 3 windows, that’s kinda weird. Plus the closets in the 2 room, the way they are positioned it takes up too much space, makes the rooms smaller

Oh wow, what a beauty! From the outside, the layout, the space, the utility room, the doors, the bath, the colours of everything. A few things I'd like would be one of those coat racks with the bench in the entrance, an entertainment centre for the TV with a fireplace, patio doors in the dining area and a removable shower in the master shower then it would be perfect for me 😊

I’ve always loved Deer Valley, they are the “Cream of the Crop !!” They are built so well, top of the line in every way ! Very solid homes ! I love their lay outs. Very well planned out. Very classy ! Nothing cheap & chintzy about a Deer Valley home. 💖
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I love the built-ins throughout. My favorite part is the master bathroom with the tub. I really love how the faucet comes out of the floor into the tub. It reminds me of going to a farmhouse. God bless you and your family.❤❤❤❤❤

I usually like Deer Valley homes, but sadly, not this one. The outside is exactly the look I like, which is very rustic and inviting with a great front porch too. What a surprise to go inside and see it so open and industrial looking. Deer Valley homes are usually made to feel warm and cozy with stone fireplaces, wood beams and other homey touches. But not the newer ones you’ve been showing. Maybe I just don’t like the newer open plans done in black & white. I’m probably going to have to start looking at the models from a few years back that were less open to the living room & kitchen, and they had more wood cabinets and accessories. I want my home to look warmer and less industrial. After a long day at the office, I want to come home to a warm inviting atmosphere and not one that just looks and feels like an office building. I guess it’s just my opinion because some people seem to actually like these modern looking styles & floor plans in their houses. I just want to find a place that feels more like a home and not an office building.
Love it. The lighter color cabinets, and tile in the kitchen, I would definitely change.❤

Like the walk in closets and large bedrooms and love that porch. Pretty spacious home
This is beautiful! The only things I would change, is add a fireplace, and get rid of the free standing tub, for a garden tub. I really don't know why I have an aversion to free-standing tubs 😂😂

I love the forer, and the master bath "pop outs" adds to the look of the exterior... less boxy and mobile home looking.
I prefer square sinks.

The outside of the house is very nice. The porch could be a lot wider. The entranceway is very nice as well. The living room is really nice and the ceiling is very cool.

I would love to see a design with 2 living room spaces, I'd be willing to sacrifice a formal dining room, at least 1 office/den 3-4 BD, 2 1/2-3 BA.
Love everything in this home 🏡 only problem is I have to have 12 foot ceiling in living room, rest of house is ok, and I need a real wood burning fireplace, other wise ready to go, thank you Chance

That bathroom is big enough for a wet room, where the tub & shower are enclosed in the same space. Also, full size windows in a bathroom should be frosted. No intentional or accidental peeping Tom’s or Tomasina’s.

The porch gives the impression that it's much bigger. The outside appearance looks very small compared to the porch. Maybe it's me, but the sides of the house need to extend further out. More balanced.

Pretty home. But, needs more kitchen cabinets. Not sure about the closet with all those windows facing the front of the house. As big as this house is, it needed a pantry and the laundry room is huge, getting rid of the Lshaped counter you could put in a stand up freezer also taller cabinet for more storage.

Beautiful home but the main bedroom closet is in the wrong place. I keep my closet door closed and if I did that it would cover the windows and the natural light. It does not make sense to me!

I do think it's slightly awkward that the 3 windows in the front of the house on the front porch are in your master. Closet, hope you keep your closet nice or keep the curtains. All closed up. Because everyone that looks in that window is going to see your closet. That's very awkward. Hope you don't want to hide anything.
