This mobile home has a rustic vibe and a great porch on it! The manufacturer for this house is Athens Park. The model for this home is the "Country Cottage 18." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I really like this home. I just wish the exterior doors opened inward, and then had screen doors.
I bet they could do that.
You can change the swing, as well.
Hurricane code requires opening out in some states. We had to change our door for flood insurance.
I think they put them on inside out. However, I would think they could change it at your request.

This home has a great "WoW!" factor as well as tremendous curb appeal....which helps to make up for its smaller (by comparison) size. It still shouts "hey, look at me!" I love to see designers put some thoughtful planning into how best to use the available spaces and I give this home a huge thumbs-up for the imaginative use of space. The living room especially shows great potential, the 'stagers' didn't crowd up the area with unnecessary furnishings that get in the way of your own imagination. I loved that price as well!
I’m in a wheelchair and looking for an in-law suite to attach to my farmhouse. I’d modify the second bedroom so that I’d haves handicapped bathroom, closet, and laundry. Then I’d put a wrap around porch and I’d be set! Thanks for showing a house like this! I love watching you, Barnabas. You are such a blessing!

I LOVE this one. My husband and I are wanting to downsize, and this is perfect, not too small and cramped, not a bunch to clean and heat and cool.

I like the lay out, it seems to flow pretty well, as a handy cap person I would make it a one bedroom, handycap bath and loos some of the windows and make some of them smaller so I could open them easier, but I like that it is wide enough to wheel around in. Thank You for showing this one

This is a really cute tiny home. It would make a great Air BnB!!
The size and floor plan are great! changes I would make is, a double door fridge, microwave. cabinets instead of a desk area, and pocket doors instead of barn doors over the closets. I love pocket doors. You don't lose your wall space, as far as decor , but the doors are not limiting space around the doorways. Just a cute roomy house, just my size. Thanks Chance. Love the view inside and out, including the porch.
Like the computer area. Like the sliding doors. I don't like the fact that the exterior doors open out. Thank you for the time.
I love porches, too. Especially screened in porches.
This is by far my favorite of all I have seen at 64 I am on disability and had 2 bk surgery and having hip replacement may 3 and my landlord after living here 9 years never missed rent never late on rent in 9 years he lets me know 3 weeks ago he sold it I have 30 days to get out well only about 2weeks now nowhere to go guess I will be homeless I would move to Texas to have that I live in Greenville SC just say a prayer for me I really enjoy your video's ❤❤❤❤

This home would be perfect for me
Would want a side by side refrigerator and smooth-top stove. The computer desk I would not want. I like no cheap wire racks in closets! Love the tiled showers. Loved the porch, too. Would prefer regular-sized washer/dryer, not stacked. Overall, liked this home. Thanks, Chance.
One of the best things about mobile homes is the amount of electrical outlets, in every room. I've lived in places where maybe the livingroom has two outlets & it limits how you want to arrange your furniture. Ohhhh how I wish I could buy a brand new mobile home & place it on a piece of land. Ohhh my mind is flying with the possibilities. This home is the perfect size for hubby & I, not to big not to small, just right. Thank you for showing us these homes because if a person doesn't have their dreams then you have nothing to look forward to, right?

I love this one! I'm wondering if you could take out the desk area and fit in a side by side washer and dryer. A lot of handicapped people couldn't reach a top stackable set and it looks like there would be enough room. I also would take out the door in the primary bedroom to the bath and have more wall space and the other side could be used for towel/storage in the bathroom. Great video though!

I love this layout.. would change just 1 small thing... I dont need a desk area but I do have lots of grandkids.. so I would take desk out , make closet a little smaller and add a nice bunk area... If you need a space for vaccum put it in the large master closet... Love this smaller house@ Thanks for sharing!

Very nice design, it a few things I would redo is, more outlets in living room, cabinet above refrigerator easier to get to, pocket door on bath room , first time one my grandkids open door to hard or fast that glass shower door omg… second I would go with shower tub combo not everyone like showers. Pocket door for both doors in bathroom and for master closets. Add sleeves in tall kitchen cabinet for more room for food seeing no pantry. Idk maybe re do upper cabinets in kitchen , the one closes to living seem you have to walk to living room to get stuff out of of it. The cabinet above washer and dyer hmm no that have to go and for a better one that more surer friendly.

Wow for 1000 sq feet the layout is amazing! It lives much much bigger! 🎉 I would live there. Totally! The office nook would allow me to have a guest bedroom! Amaze balls !

This is a good-looking interior. I like the use of neutral colors. However, for the only bathroom, I would rather have a window and one hallway door instead of no window and two doors. A bathroom window would provide cross-ventilation to remove humidity if multiple people are taking showers each day. The wall space taken up by a door between the bathroom and larger bedroom could be better used for built-in shelving to store towels and other necessities. Would also prefer to have an upper and a lower hanging rod in every closet except that hallway coat closet. Having an upper hanging rod for shirts and jackets and a lower hanging rod for trousers and skirts doubles the number of clothes that can hang in a closet. It is important to use storage space efficiently in a small home.

I'm ready to downsize to a classy but country smaller home. My kids are all grown and out on their own but the 2nd bedroom would be great for overnight guests. MOST DEFINITELY WANT TO SEE MORE 16 AND 18' HOMES-PLEASE!

7th generation owned. This would be 3rd house on property. I will be caregiver to my elders . Although I want a house built, so this will be somewhat floor plan.

Love this! Would love this as my retirement home. I would want a master bath and a guest bath. I wouldn’t want stacking washer and dryer. Not practical for aging people.

Truly I like singlewides a lot. I like this home. Can you put a single wide on a basement? I would like another bath for the main bedroom. That is what I would do and use the basement for storage.

I really love this home but something in the living area is rubbing me the wrong way. I’m wondering if a small wood burning stove could be added in the corner opposite the couch? Next, how could we elevate that TV and have room for a a chair and 1/2?

They need to switch the direction of that bathroom door from the hall because I would be afraid that it would hit the glass for the shower
