    I just wanted to tell you that i love your lowimpact workouts. Since i have back issues an 63. I have lost 7lbs since i started your workouts my dr gave me 2 months to lose 10 lbs well yesterday i went to the drs office i was 192 and im now at 185 . Thank you so much i refer you to all my friends cause im seeing results with your workouts by the way love the music
