Did he forget kinetic feeder from season 12? It was trash so not surprised as it was changed into the golden shotgun bolt
kinetic feeder was actually good, it let you instantly charge your pk/tripletake
This is exactly what I was thinking, Ottr even has pictures of the hop-up all throughout the video
Kinetic feeder was very good, the golden shotgun bolt only has one of the 2 functions of the hop op. The other function was that when you slide and ADS with the pk it would instantly charge your PK allowing you to keep insane momentum while fighting specially with mad maggie.

I actually liked double tap. If you got the timing down the Eva was nasty. And I like it on the scout bc you aim at the body and the second shot would bounce up and head shot them too.

The og hammerpoint should be added back for at least the duration of one collection event maybe then the p2020 and Mozambique will see more use
I tried using the P2020 with hammerpoint and it's still a peashooter...
Keep in mind that the Mozam only had 3 shots back then. You had to be precise, and also deal flesh damage to be effective. I liked it more when it was a hand cannon, and not just long-range EVA-8.

@@DakotaofRaptors You never used OG P2020 hammerpoint, 35 flesh damage per bullet. Basically a scout with much faster firing and full ADS movement speed.

Double tap was actually nasty on the G7 after the recoil buffs. I was a lil upset when they took it out this season.
You forgot that the splatter rounds also increase mag size but it was removed because certain weapons like the r99 had massive power creep since only 1 r99 had like 30 bullets with a gold mag with faster reloads.
Anvil receiver was my absolute favorite hop up. I'm someone who's never been super great at sniping or marksman weapons, so being able to switch from full auto to marksman felt great, and actually helped me get better.
Man I use to love the select fire on havoc it was op if you knew how to use it. I always felt they should of integrated into it, it would of made havoc more popular tbh
now ballistic has given the havoc some hype

you did get the increased mag size on the rampart modified guns. They did however nerf it later on. But i remember the eva 8 having 9 bullets in a mag, aswell as the r99 with 31 bullets.

Select fire havoc was so good I loved it especially since it was around for my first season and at the time I loved using snipers and liked being able to swap to the regular fire mode, (it was also kinda the first vantage ult cuz it was like having an extra gun)
I miss the anvil receiver for gods sake it made the flatline fun😭

I think there was, I also think it made the Eva shoot super fast and that’s why they removed it but I’m not positive
You're thinking of the kinetic feeder
The golden shotgun bolt exists today for all shotguns where you get the reload when you slide up to max magazine capacity.

hops ups should come back and work on different guns each season. Tripletake with select fire gives burst charge, boosted loader for charge rifle reload speed, Anvil for a shot guns for a slug instead of pellets etc.

@@tru_yt I literally said in the comment “slug instead of pellets”, a slug is a solid piece of metal and pellets are a spread of lots of little pieces of metal.
That sounds pretty fun. Imagine the anvil receiver on the p2020 becoming a pseudo-wingman or a burst 30-30
They should make a hop up for the tripletake and mastiff that changes their spread from horizontal to vertical
Itd give the players who can hit shots without charging actual value in the gun rather than chipping away 21 damage a shot

Skull piercer at launch was INSANE. I started using it then, and through all the changes, I never stopped. Wingman main ever since
I loved using Shatter Caps with the 30-30 repeater, could always toggle to single fire or shatter cap mode. I carried it with a SMG mostly and used the 30-30 as a Marksman long range and a shotgun for close range. Amazingly for my experience, the Shattercaps mode on the 30-30 was really nice, won me a few fights since most people using the Mastiff/Peacekeeper couldn't keep up with the fire rate. Plus the charge mechanic with the 30-30 while ADSing and shattercaps at close range was super gimmicky and silly but occasionally helped afterwards lol.

The OG Mozambique with Hammers was by FAR my favorite. I used to run Double tap Eva or Scout back then when the ROF was stupid fast, with Mozammers in the back pocket. It was SO good 😭
Can we get an LTM chaos mode? Bring back all gun variations as floor loot. Def would not be fun in a huge map, but like a 1/2 or 1/4th size map of constant fighting would be fun. For a short time.

I remember in season 2 i was 8 yrs old and i used to always say "everytime i find a alternator i will keep it until i find disruptor" and for some reason i always found a disruptor and i completed DOMINATED the lobby, now mind u im 8 and im up here dropping 15 kill games bc disruptor was so op

Shattercaps had a change at some point to turn it into a shotgun hipfire only, no shot type switch needed
I have played apex since launch. I remember the disrupter rounds from season 2 very well. I loved using em for the alterntor
i loved shattercaps on the peter, was fun with maggie and a mastiff so i got a main shotgun, a backup shotgun, and a longer range rifle
The last time you could charge the shattercaps before making it impossible, as you could only use them when hipfiring, that's when they were the best. Especially in the 3030. I destroyed soo many kids with that while also having a long range weapon. It was like having a 3rd weapon before ballistic came around.

Choke was in game season 0 to 6 it got removed because its pointles to keep atachemt to one weapon

Double tap was absolutely busted if you learned how to use it. Eva 8 could go from 60-70 dmg bursts to well over 100 and scout gave free headshots with the second bullet if you aimed properly. Both of those guns went from A tier to B/C.

The Kinetic Feeder, which decreases choke time on the triple take and peacekeeper whilst sliding. I think it reloaded your mag too.

I’ll never understand why they gave the PK disruptor rounds. That shotgun is already op and dreadfully needs a nerf and it did not need DR.
Disruptor rounds alternator back in the day was my favorite weapon to ever use.
He anvil could be so useful for the weapon mastery semi auto mode challenges from 50 meters like its so challenging now with out it
I'm looking at all these comments reminiscing about certain hop-ups, and I'm realizing that those are the only ones I recognize.
I stopped playing either a bit before or a bit after precision choke was removed.
Honestly, I miss the select fire. And S2 disruptor rounds gave me ptsd. I panicked when I heard they were coming back lol
The precision choke was in season 6 for only the triple take and the amount of times you'd see a hop up and get disappointed was frustrating
I'm still waiting for the Select fire hop up to return so I can actually use the prowler like the hood old days
The only hop up i didnt know of was the double reload for the mastiff and 30 30 as i never played that season
Back in season 4 when the turbocharger was out of the game they.buff the havoc and it was so meta that the start up didn't even matter it was so strong

(Im well aware its now apart of the gold shotgun bolt. But i preferred it as a hop up because if u slid and ADS'd with the PK it would instantly fully charge it, meaning u could spam fully charged shots with the PK. It doesnt do that with the gold bolt)
I miss the havocks' second fire mode and the old damage arc stars inflicted on dead shots.
I remembered each hopup, what I forgot was the round barrel stabiliser. I forgot that the gold one was a thing
People, not knowing about havoc select fire is a crime, and I refuse to accept it as anything else
I prefer to not use the select fire hop-up on the Prowler because the burst fire rounds are more accurate.

I'm confused... 2:40 what do you mean "for a short while the Wingman only came with 6 bullets by default"? It comes with 6 bullets by default *right now* and that's been the case since... the Chaos Theory event, which was 2.5 years ago. I didn't even know it used to only have 5 until I just looked it up (I started in Season 10), so I actually only know it with 6 bullets. It was only 4 until Season 4 too.
I think he is saying 6 extra bullets. Like with the ammo you pick up.
Not sure what he meant with that either. Wingman went through a lot of changes for capacity. It started as 6 and went down to 4 at its lowest. Mag sizes have also been shuffled around a lot. But I think the base had settled at 6 by the time the Loader showed up.

I liked double tap on G2 purely because it improved hipfire, I only ever used it for hipfiring
We need p2020, buff, something Worth picking up. Maybe a small window per reload where the damage is buffed .
Select Fire should also be integrated into the Havoc and made to work with Turbocharger where if ou have it it charges up the shot faster.
Double tap scout was really broken for a half/one season might have been 4 🤔 but they added mote recoil, both guns still slapped after nerf but harder to use

The p2020 used to be better than a wingman and I hated it😂 I’m on console so when people came in with the jitter mods and such it was game over, I almost quit the game back then😂
I actually got my first 3k badge because of the disrupter rounds when they were overpowered with the re45. Absolute god send, until they hevily nerfed them, still good in a fight, but not as great.

Season 1 and 2 are the most insane with the Skullpiercer and then the disruptor rounds on top of it in season 2. Season 2 was probably the worst season with how insane it was. Hammerpoint was deadly before too but it wasn't on an SMG.
The skullpiercer used to be a demon but nowadays I consider Boosted Loader to be better. Skullpiercer does less then 10 extra damage with a purple helmet and not even 20 with a blue. It's way more notable with a Grey or no helmet.
The Precision Choke and especially the Quick fire Holster were the most worthless feeling hop ups (except the Precision choke on the triple take) but I've never seen it be used well on the peacekeeper
The Quickdraw holster was so minimal it was nearly unnoticeable.
The paint one was just for fun.
I love the Anvil Receiver. It gives a new function to the Flatline and R-301. They become a marksman rifle with how deadly they are but at the cost of an extra bullet taken per shot. It upgrades the single fire modes of both guns. The flatline is slower but stronger. The 301 was faster but weaker. Like you said the Flatline was more popular with it.
Shatter Caps feel extremely gimmicky which is the point but still it was not very good. It was fine for the bocek but meh on the 30-30
I forgot about the Deadeyes Tempo hop-up. It was good.
The double tap I dislike as it is weird that the Eva and g7 turn into double burst shots lowering the fire rate too. I wasn't around for the Dual Shell.
Turbocharger is a good hop up as it removes the charge up for the guns it's on. Making them much stronger.
The selectfire receiver. I can't remember well. I remembered the full auto was worse. But thought I was lying to myself as it made no sense to me. But you confirmed it now
The Havoc was... weird it wasn't that good but was cool. It was a weaker charge rifle. But usually the Turbocharger was also an option so yeah selectfire was really Underused in possibilities
