I seen a dude trying to head my big truck tire yesterday at the tire shop and he used about a half a can of starting fluid and he never could get it to light because he would light a piece of paper towel on fire and then throw it at it while backing away because he was scared. I’m glad it didn’t light because I was like 😮 when I seen how much he used 😆 bout to blow everybody up
I had the valve in so air would not come out of the stem. I also had air pumping into the tire when I inflated because once the tire seats the air inside compresses so you need to feed it air to keep the bead

Just did this brake cleaner worked great
Brake cleaner may work but burning brake cleaner creates deadly phosgene gas and is not recommended
@thejefe96 yeah but the whole point is it gets stuck in the tire. Relatively harmless if you're just using it to get out of a sticky situation.

Did u have the stem out of the core? I got one tire done,but having hell with the other one

Also just be careful, leaving the valve in means no air comes out. Dont overdo it with the starting fluid

I had to use two crow bars
A tire spoon is like 20-30 bucks and worth its weight in gold!
