Awesome detailed explanation! I had to spray a drop of PB Blaster so I could remove that nut. I didn’t have to remove the bottom, just removed that little sticker and stuck the screwdriver through the notch. All Good!!!

Found out it's better to have the schradder valve out. After the initial burnout hot gasses contract rapidly and the tire goes into a strong vacuum. Sometimes the bead unseats at that moment and you have to start over. If the valve have been taken out, there is a way for the outside air to enter and it doesn't go into vacuum strong enough to break the bead.

I tried this 3 times with starting fluid and no luck at all… do I need straps around the tire like you have?

My truck will start with bypassing the solenoid but after changing it for a new one i still only can start with bypassing. Any suggestions? I'm thinking keyswitch...

I seen a dude trying to bead my big truck tire yesterday at the tire shop and he used about a half a can of starting fluid and he never could get it to light because he would light a piece of paper towel on fire and then throw it at it while backing away because he was scared. I’m glad it didn’t light because I was like 😮 when I seen how much he used 😆 bout to blow everybody up

Ok , most of the time it is the starter relay ! Right now I have the same problem but it’s not the starter relay because I have changed it twice. The only thing left is the ignition switch to check
