More importantly, why are your sidewalls covered in grease/oil? The only time I had grease cake my wheels was due to a ripped CV boot. What a damn mess! It took scrubbing with a brush and degreaser to release.

Depending on the difficulty of the job, it can go on straight or cut with water, 50/50, 3/1, 4/1.
