I haven't enjoyed something quite like this for a long time. This 9 minutes of pure art made me realised that. How impressive that we as a humankind managed to create such beautiful sounds from electricty.
This song is a masterpiece. I listen to this song daily. For me, this song is like a mystery to unfold. Like something is missing in my life that is very important to me. If I get that thing I will be complete. But the problem is I don't what it is.
Thank you! Well who knows but usually the solution is to let go of anxiety and fear, find your own freedom to go and explore until you feel complete satisfaction. It's all in there somewhere :3
I know that exact feeling.. Your spirit is longing to have a relationship with God, your creator. Jesus is the only way to God, he is the truth, and the life. He loves you so deeply, and is jealous for you! The amazing thing is that Jesus already made a way for you to be united with God by dying in your place, He stood in the gap for you and was the perfect sacrifice to pay the debt for your sin (our sins are what have separated us from God). He died so you wouldn’t have to die. Now you have the option to receive eternal life and become a child of God. All you need to do to have relationship with God is repent, turn away from your sin, trust in Jesus for your salvation and you will receive the Holy Spirit. Jesus has changed my life forever. I am no longer addicted to drugs, no longer struggle with anxiety or depression, he gives me peace in my heart, and I know now that my eyes are opened to the truth that God is better than the world’s best thing. Being in relationship with Jesus will fill that missing place in you that is longing for fulfillment 🙏🏼It is not by coincidence that I accidentally came across this amazing song and happened to see your comment! Jesus is reaching out to you today. Cry out to Him, and He will meet you right where you are.. He loves you and is longing for you to come to Him. @SameerRedux Blessings to you friend! ❤️
This immediately takes me back to 1985 when I was a 9 year old boy. Dreaming of the future of the 2000s & the technology that might soon revolutionize our lives... when I leave this, I’ll be instantly reminded that I’m 43 & an old fart. 😆
Jamie Goodson Interesting times, for sure. Crazy fashion & trends. What was gonna be the next big thing ? Would we be forever locked in a stand off with Russia & its Communist buddies? I think some of the coolest toys were popular in the 80s. I think the biggest invention of the 80s was the cell phone. Yeah, super expensive back then. Cell phones became more affordable by the late 90s. It would change how information was exchanged & the speed of how it could be exchanged too. For me personally, cell phones are the biggest "futuristic" thing to become mainstream. I remember rotory, land line phones quite clearly. Now, we have hand held computers & cameras that can make phone calls with us just about all the time! Who'd uh thunk it?! 👴🏻

Beautiful. Best ambient music I've heard in a long time. Regrets for discovering it so late. Subscribed while I am half-way through the song. Btw is the song in the lydian mode.
i've been really inspired by the music you make. what analog synthesizer would you suggest for starting out? i see you use multiple ones but which one would be your go to for this kind of music and sound?
It depends on what you what to do. The Volca's are cheap and great for starting out. (Namely, the Keys, Bass and FM). Korg Minilogue is the best value for the price and a great all-around synth with 4-voice polyphony. Arturia and Behringer have some great budget mono synths (And Microfreak has a ton of features, although it's digital). Spend some time googling and listening, decide what you like the most. There is no "right" choice, everything could be used for ambient. For this kind of ambient you will probably need a good reverb, like Valhalla. And it makes up most of the sound character, actually. The source is like only 50% of the sound.
You can pretty much use any synth you want if you use a nice sounding reverb like Valhalla Shimmer. Irrelevant Elephant's suggestion are great. You can get a lot of milage out of a Volca FM because the sounds it generate are so broad. You can probably pick one up used for cheap.
@@RemixSample Thanks so much this is awesome. i'll deffs look into those kinds. because yea it seems you can do alot with any one you want just depends.
I confirm. Volca Keys is a nice analog synth with quality sound. It may be simple, but still it has decent amount of controls. As for the choice, you need to answer yourself a few questions: 1. “Do I need a polyphonic or monophonic? How many voices do I need?” (Poly analog synths can cost significantly more). 2. “Do I need onboard effects or I will use my DAW effects?” ( usually DAW effects are much better but if you need to perform live, setting up a computer could be tricky onstage) 3. “Do I prefer a full freedom or I like more simple “classic” sounds?” (The first means you can check a modular, like Moog Mother or O-coast, but remember that modulars have no presets and can be overwhelming for a starter and usually they are monophonic) 4. “What sound do I like?” For example, Vangelis mostly used Yamaha CS-80. You can look for cheaper synths with similar sound.
Valhalla supermassive, shimmer and the reverb on ubermod is so damn good. So good. It turns a basic saw wave into heaven Played some simple chords with vital in bitwig. 3 saw waves …: Added ubermod reverb I think it was in the “way huge “ reverb category or something like that…can’t remember exactly but it literally made the sound so huge ….just absolutely perfect. Love all your videos. Less is always more.
Yeah it sux there outta cheap plastic but sounds amazing and because they don't cost over 300$ there not worthy for some reason? There better than sd card DJs I think especially when you get atleast 4 volcas that's when it gets crazy and not cheap and not toys! It's fkn analog!
Happy to hear that! 🎶 Feel free to add it to your Spotify rotation if you use that open.spotify.com/track/6a9jU5l1NlOIhQsOdAlVT2?si=3c311a9f46c34046 My album Cyberwaves have more music in that vein.
For this simple "song" I used: Volca Bass (Arp & Noodle Lead) Zebra 2 (Batman type arp) Legend (Bass) Omnisphere (Adagio Strings) Effects: Valhalla Shimmer & SoundToys Crystallizer these re down loads?
ok thanks. i am going to start making art videos and i wanted to create back ground music to play my theremin along with it.....korg has 3 or 4 similar boxes and i am not sure what will work the best. and i was kind of interested as to what type of sounds come stock on them..i have a korg kaossilator but it might be hard to string something togather with that and i am not in love with the samples...your samples are like chillout music.
If you want to create music like this the effects are more important than the synth. So have a look at Valhalla Shimmer valhalladsp.com/shop/reverb/valhalla-shimmer/ and other reverbs with shimmer features. The least expensive hardware pedal with shimmer is probably the Zoom MS-70CDR
do you think using one of these synth boxes would work using it in conjunction with my theremin as a midi controller? i am getting an update to my theremin to install a CV out.

This is fantastic! I love it. Was searching for something like this while on a break in between working and this certainly worked for me.
Happy to hear that! 🎶 Feel free to add it to your Spotify rotation if you use that open.spotify.com/track/6a9jU5l1NlOIhQsOdAlVT2?si=3c311a9f46c34046 My album Cyberwaves have more music in that vein.
Fascinating!!
0:15 This should be a soundtrack for a movie or something. Fantastic played! I really love the way the almost Minimoog sawtooth sounds🥳😀👍
Thank you! :D
For this simple "song" I used:
Volca Bass (Arp & Noodle Lead)
Zebra 2 (Batman type arp)
Legend (Bass)
Omnisphere (Adagio Strings)
Effects: Valhalla Shimmer & SoundToys Crystallizer these re down loads?
Not sure what you mean but Valhalla Shimmer & SoundToys Crystallizer are software effects that you can buy and download yes
ok thanks. i am going to start making art videos and i wanted to create back ground music to play my theremin along with it.....korg has 3 or 4 similar boxes and i am not sure what will work the best. and i was kind of interested as to what type of sounds come stock on them..i have a korg kaossilator but it might be hard to string something togather with that and i am not in love with the samples...your samples are like chillout music.

It sounds like an ambient version of the Halloween 3 intro, especially with the thuds in the background
me: "yo nice some chill ambient music, love it"
facebook: "yO mAN yOU sHouLD dOwNLoAD OuR aPP"
Very cool ambience music, I feel very dramatic cuz this song is the song of all time.
I have the munchies, this better be tasty af!
Not my best work but it's filling! XD
@@RemixSample Delish. Glad to consume it fresh.
That had some meat on it. It’s definitely filling.
