    What we didn’t mention in the video is you could also use ‘Cut Path’ under the ‘Path tab’ to do the same splitting function.

    I’d love to know how to do this on premade bought designs, do you have a video on that ?

    Just a tip. it's better if you use a non straight line to split a design as then, once stitched, your eye does not see the line so easily.
    works better on a more busy design but you could have made that line a kind of zig-zag around that 'g' and it would be harder to see when stitched. Of course, both halves of your design still need to fit into your hoop.

    I thank you so much with the help of this video i was able to complete a split front baseball jersey. Do you know anything about the E stitch and how it can be used to sew down patches on caps or or items. Please help

      Glad this video could help you! We go over the “E” stitch briefly in this video: th-cam.com/video/8HKrLML1mIY/w-d-xo.html at 14:55. We haven’t experimented with this type of stitch very much yet, perhaps we can in a future video.

    I only have a 4x4 frame. Could I use this to take a larger file and split to work on my frame?

    • @ProjectAnonymous_Duo
      @ProjectAnonymous_Duo  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In our experience, you would need a larger re-positional hoop as it would be very hard to get an exact placement if your remove your project from the hoop and try to move it.

    Can you do a tutorial on doing this on a 5x7 hoop? or is it the same process?

    • @ProjectAnonymous_Duo
      @ProjectAnonymous_Duo  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The 5 by 7 hoop is not a multi-positional hoop like the 5 by 12, so you shouldn’t have to split your design. If you’re just wanting to split your 5 by 7 design you can do the same procedures. Thanks for watching!

    I'm really green. Do you have a video showing me how to get an embroidery design into Inkstitch to resize it? I just downloaded in tonight and am clueless

    • @ProjectAnonymous_Duo
      @ProjectAnonymous_Duo  ปีที่แล้ว

      If its an embroidery file (i.e. PES) resizing isn't that easy, here is a link to the video on that: th-cam.com/video/OC4AihjskeE/w-d-xo.html However, if you are referring to an svg file that is an easier process. Here are all our videos on Ink/Stitch th-cam.com/play/PLtQ8IvTMaEGI3NeU2MppOkukHviNKmrJl.html Thanks for watching!

      We will have to look into this a bit more, but we don't think you can, at least not very easily. Here is a video where we cover a similar topic: th-cam.com/video/OC4AihjskeE/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared

    Can't we split 10 designs into two equal half at a same time??

    • @ProjectAnonymous_Duo
      @ProjectAnonymous_Duo  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      We're not exactly sure what you're asking in this question, but as far as we can understand, you will have to split each design file individually... We don't believe you can "batch" split files.

    where can I find the size of the hoop in inkstitch?

    • @dragonlord0666
      @dragonlord0666 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      you set the page to be the size of your hoop. page is under file>document properties then set the page to be the size of your hoop (4x4 etc.)

    • @ProjectAnonymous_Duo
      @ProjectAnonymous_Duo  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2
