This was one of my favorite workouts!! I loved the intensity and no choreography. I have to stay low impact per MD orders so the step helps get my heart rate up!!❤❤

Great class once again Chris. Obviously I had to modify a bit since I don't have my step but still worked hard, bunt 281 calories, heart beat was up to 170bpm at one point so definitely a sweaty workout. Loved it! ❤
