Awesome!! Loved your clear instruction!! Would love intermediate and advanced videos too! Maybe one with around the world steps would be a blast!! Thank you for bringing step back!! I LOVE IT!!!
Thank you for this. I am 60 years old and stopped going to step classes at my gym over 5 years ago because the tempo was to fast. Instructor said that is what the rest of the class wants. I bought a step for at home and have found a "few" good workouts for me at my slower pace. I still remember most of the moves and love being able to push myself again. My father died of a heart attack when he was 57. I want to have a healthier heart. I have had both my hips replaced and have arthritis in my neck and lower back. This is the perfect pace for me. God bless you!!!
Hi Rebecca! Thank you for this comment! I am so glad you are moving and staying healthy!! Great job on this workout! I have a bunch of others at slower speeds as well. I like to make sure there is something for everyone! I will be doing a brand new Basic at 128 bpm tomorrow!!! Keep moving Rebecca!! ❤️❤️
Just wanted to comment as a woman in her sixties. Haven’t done step in a loooong time but muscle memory is a great thing. Have to get used to the pace, slow for many of you but not for me. Thank u for the very clear instructions and cuing.
Jill, you wrote exactly what I was going to say. In my sixties, starting again after taking a break for a few years. All the steps came back to me. The pace was good.
Thank you for doing basic! I hadn't touched my step in ~25 years; so finding your clear, basic classes is a great way to get back into it. Super to have a cardio alternative for rainy days.
I am one of those people that did step back in the 90’s. Bought a new step a couple of years ago, it gathered dust but then I found you! I’m 61 and this basic video is just what I have needed to get me motivated, improve my mechanics and get my confidence back!! You rock!! Thank you.
Here’s why I did this video just now: I bought a step from my local gym and then, because I’m in pretty good shape and do well with cardio kickboxing, thought that I could jump right into one of your intermediate/advanced step classes. Oh, what a mistake. I was confused and stumbling all over the place. I decided to try this basic class and I’m glad that I did. Thank you for explaining the basics. I’ll probably try a basic class one or two more times before I feel confident enough for an upper level class.
Thanks Erin! And when you get used to how I call things, you will definitely feel more comfortable. I will be adding more videos that are an in between soon! Thank you so much and keep moving! 💜
Hi I am 73 I live in Northumberland UK. I am isolated as I am critically vulnerable and want to say your enthusiasm and cheerfulness are an inspiration.I love your classes, you lift my spirits every day. Thank you. Kate xxx
This is the best step workout for beginners! I like that you're not afraid to use music in the background. It really helps me adjust the rhythm of the movements so I can catch up with you. Thank you so much! ❤️
What a fantastic basic step to either learn step or take a little break from more complicated step routines. I got a great workout in just 30 minutes. Following Chris' cues is a dream come true for this cardio queen!
Girl... let me just tell you!!!! I sit at a desk all day so I did this one during lunch just to get off my duppa, I still worked up a sweat!!! You are an awsome teacher.. YES!!!!
PERFECT SATURDAY MORNING STEP CLASS! I have been taking Christina's Step classes for about 6 months now and she is absolutely wonderful! Her cueing and chorography are by far the best you can find on TH-cam, and she always has a smile on her face!! Thank you Christina for helping me kick start my weekend!!
I am 62 years old add just finished your workout, it is absolutely amazing. Your instructions are so easy to follow. You made me feel like I was 21 again working out to Jane Fonda, I can’t thank you enough. Look forward to the next workout👏👏👏
YAY!! Thank you so much Susan!! Please come back and join me again. I think you will like this basic workout as well❤️ th-cam.com/video/yG_JI-xBVA0/w-d-xo.html
I am 66 years old and haven’t done a step routine in over 22 years. Your beginning videos are awesome! I am not as flexible or quick as I once was and have to use my step without risers. Your routines are fun and energetic; very close to what I used to do. I can only do step twice a week because of aches and pains, but hope to build my endurance. PLEASE keep making and posting videos!! You are an excellent teacher. Thank you!

Your routines are.never boring because you are not boring. I have been doing step for almost 25 years and checked this out for fun. You are a fantastic teacher.
Thank you!!! I used to TEACH step, but haven't done it in about 15 years. This routine was enjoyable and easy to follow. I had no trouble picking back up. Yes! muscle memory is good. Pace was perfect. Just wanted to say thanks.
Hi Christine, thank you for doing the slower versions of step. I am 62 and brand new. My college buddy Wendy let me know she really enjoys your work out. So I tried it out. I started just dancing around on the floor. Now I have a step. But I can only use it 1/2 though so far. I went on a hike in Yosemite and I wish you could have seen me go. I have not been able to hike like that in 30 years. So Thank You! I am a health care provider and this year was super hard. I am happy I just gave your step class a try. Now determined to very gradually advance. Very grateful, Christine E
YAY!!! Thank you so much for sharing this with me Christine! I am so proud of you!! I love that you started in the floor and worked your way up, you will get better and better, so stick with it! Ahhh. Yosemite, so so incredible! I cannot wait to go back!! Keep rocking it Christine!!!
Thanks Trudy! I am so glad it helped. Check out this playlist. It has a bunch of tutorials and break downs for all kinds of moves. It has helped a lot of people get better with step. Hope it helps! th-cam.com/video/5myxS3VR8yA/w-d-xo.html
Hi Christina. I've been unable to do step for a few months, because of a tendon injury in my left hip. I am back with you now on the beginner's level, as I must take it easy. I absolutely loved being with you again! Thank you for always being here with your great workouts. More basic would obviously be good for me. xx
I just did this and LOVED IT!!! STEP was my daily workout in the 90's; after my favorite (Reebok) STEP VHS broke i tried new step videos/DVDs and continued for awhile but didn't love any of them. I have missed STEP and I am so glad I found you and your classes! It was the perfect reintroduction to STEP with the basics and now in my 50's i could keep up and get a sweat on as i start getting back into it again. Am going to continue daily. Please keep up with some 30 min beginner/intermediate classes! I love your approach, style and communication on transitions. Thank you!! 🙏 💙
Hi Karen! I have a ton of other 30 minute ones on my channel! There is a playlist called basic step classes where they all live on my channel ❤️ Thanks so much!!
YAY!! Thank you so much for joining me!! If you want to really learn step. Check out my playlist called Learn step aerobics. There are 48 mini tutorials on tons of moves. I have had people go from never stepping before to now being advanced!! Check them out! Here is the link! th-cam.com/video/5myxS3VR8yA/w-d-xo.html
I first did step routines way back when and loved it. I am now 86 and still have my old step so googled and found you. Thanks; I loved it! Sometimes it seemed too fast and I didn’t want to fall so I just slowed down until I could catch up. All good. I have new motivation!
Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for this. I’m trying to exercise my way out of a depression and needed something low key. Sometimes it’s really hard to get motivated when you know it’s going to be hard and not fun. This was a super fun routine and exactly what I needed to get me moving this morning.
Thank YOU so much for joining me Christina! I am so happy exercise is helping you feel better! Movement is definitely medicine especially when you have to use your brain and body together. You got THIS!
I bought a step over 2 years ago and never used it. I've had 2 babies, and I've lost some of the weight but started working out again. I have a bike at home that I've been doing weight training- along with the bike. I wanted something new I haven't done before, and I've been looking for step workouts. I found you, and this is the first time I've ever done it! I loved it! You made it so easy to follow along, and I'm drippin sweat 🤣🤣 it makes me want to go to a live class, but I don't think there are any where I live! I'm so happy I found you! I'll be doing more of your videos for sure!!! Thank you!! Such a good workout foe this out of shape momma!
Good morning!!! YAY!! Welcome!! I am so glad you enjoyed this one!! Thank you so much for joining me!! Let me know if you have any questions, we have so much fun here with the step workouts! I am not sure where you are, but I go live everyday on youtube and it feels like you are in a full class from your living room!!
I am 65, and it's literally been decades since I did any step aerobics; I had tucked my step away in the garage and forgot about it until a 'garage purge' a while back. I've been consistently doing walking workouts and doing some strength training so it seemed like a good time to mix things up a bit. Oh my gosh! I had forgotten what a great aerobic workout it was. Thank you for this video - one of the reasons I stopped years ago is that it was so difficult to find workouts that I could follow, so I got frustrated and gave up. I know that I would welcome more basic workouts - I'm inspired to follow you and gradually increase my skills!
Hi Cathy! I am so happy you pulled that step out! I just added a new 30 minute basic step today!! Step is so fun and such a good workout! Come on back anytime! I definitely will be doing more basic step!
New to TH-cam classes and I haven’t moved in over a year, now that we are in total lockdown in Scotland I have NO excuse. Used to love Step and I’ve gone through MANY videos and I’m soo glad I found you. You explain in so well, I felt confident and comfortable watching you and I completed the whole class....shattered but what a buzz...I’ve just subscribed to your channel which I’ve never done before, so I can work my way through the classes...needs to be beginner level but wanted to say 👋 and thank you for your energy 👍
hi Laura!!! Welcome! I am so happy you are enjoying the step!! Keep moving! We have so much fun with all of the workouts here. You should check out this playlist I made of short step videos that break down a bunch of different step moves in an easy way so you can get better! I think you will enjoy them!! If you do, let me know what you think!! Thank you so much for hanging with me!! th-cam.com/video/5myxS3VR8yA/w-d-xo.html
Coming back to step in my mid sixties ... this was fabulous. I'd forgotten how much fun step was. Thankyou so much for making this available in my own home in my own time. You are a star!
I liked the way you mixed up some of the basic step moves differently than in some of the other basic step videos. I too started stepping in the 90's when I was in my early 30's. I soon found out that it was my favorite way to exercise. I started with Gin Miller at that time and had several of her "VHS" tapes. I'm now 64 and don't want to give up step aerobics. Basic step will be the way I go from here on out, no more weights or step extensions. That's okay, I'm moving and truly enjoying your videos. Thanks a lot!!!!!
Hey Hey Diane!! Yep, Gin Miller was so great!! I also loved that she was fit and muscular, and not super super skinny!! She was one of my biggest influences!! Let me know if you need a link to any other basics!! Thank you for joining me!
I think that was the first step workout I ever did on your channel, back when the world shut down!! Feels so much easier now - but still super sweaty!! It was perfect combined with another 30 minute step workout this morning. Thank you! -Angela
I was queen of step in the 80s/90s! LOL. I haven’t done it in years but have kept active so thought I could jump right back in to the advanced class. Not so! I guess I forgot I’m fiftysomething now! This is a great refresher course to relearn the steps and get back in the rhythm of things. Not to mention a decent 30 minute workout. I’ll be doing this for awhile until my confidence is back and I’ll move on up to intermediate and maybe advanced at some point. Thanks for the very clear instructions and fun routine!
My weekday workouts have been "at lunch" which gives me about 30-40 minutes. Your 30-minute step classes ARE AWESOME. Basic? Sure, I'll take that. I added risers and it is not easy at all. Basic is good with higher intensity. As always, THANK YOU! Love your classes. Shout out to my brother Michael Banks who bought me a new step WITH risers. :)
Woohoo, a new step, that's awesome!! I am so happy you have that little bit of time to join me and have found ways to make basic step feel less basic :)
I’m 65 and have been doing step for many years off and on and you’re seriously the BEST instructor I’ve ever come across!! Your cue-ing is impeccable! Please keep more of these BASIC workouts coming. I use 2 risers so the basic workouts are perfect for me and my “old knees” 😉. Even though they’re basic they’re still a really GREAT workout. Bless you for sharing your talents with everyone!! You’re the best 👍🏻👍🏻
Wow, thank you so so much for this!! I am so happy you are enjoying the workouts!! Keep moving! This is how we stay young and feel good!1 ❤️❤️. I am so grateful for your kind words!
Haven't done step since about 2005 used to love it. I'm unfit following another lockdown in Ireland. Loved this and would love a few more basic videos to get back in to it. Great class, thank you.
I’m in my 50s and have done step aerobics most of my life. A few years ago I got plantar fasciitis that we haven’t been able to get rid of and I haven’t been able to get a really good work out in a very long time. I decided to start small and I love this video because I can do it. I usually suffer for a couple of days afterwards but the sweating is so worth it. Thank you for making a short, slower video.
Awe Karla! That is so tough to deal with. You can always do without a step too if that helps. But I do know how you want to work and sweat. I hope you can find something for relief ❤️
Thanks so much LaTahsa!!! Another one coming soon! Also check out this playlist, these are short videos to break down a lot fo different step moves. th-cam.com/video/5myxS3VR8yA/w-d-xo.html
Love these simpler routines for days when I have a hard time getting going, I get warmed up and happy then do more step or strength! Love the intermediate/advancedroutines,but the simpler ones def have a place!
I haven't done step in about 20 years, but I always loved it. I ordered a step off of Amazon and it came today. This was the first video I found. What a great workout!!! I will continue to follow your simple ones until I get in better shape. Thanks so much.
Haven't used a step for years and it was great to get back into it. Worked up a real sweat! Thanks for the clear instructions to help me get back into it
This is the perfect pace for a refresher class. I used to fly across and around the board 20+ years and 50 pounds ago. Looking to get back to that phase. Please do more of these basic videos! I need to work up to your intermediate and advance step. Love your channel!
I LOVE the way you teach. I am getting back to step after about 20 years - the COVID lbs have to leave my body and you and I are going to sweat them off one at a time if need be. Thank you for so much awesomeness. Oh and I am 56 years young. Doing this for my best life.
wow! I've been stepping for 30 years....classes stopped in lockdown...18 months without exercise....miserable...bought a step and found YOU! Great instruction and workout. Thank you!
I LOVE this workout. I've started step at home because it's too cold to run but I need something to get my heart rate up and burn off stress. I'm not too coordinated and this is a GREAT programme to learn from. Really challenging for a beginner but great pace, great moves. Love it!
Thanks so much Jules! Check out this playlist, it helps break down step moves so you can follow anything! Some of them may be too basic for you, but they have helped a lot of people get the hang of step and feel more coordinated! ❤️❤️ th-cam.com/video/5myxS3VR8yA/w-d-xo.html
I loved this workout! I was a step queen in the 80’s so when I got a step to use at home during the pandemic I started out trying intermediate classes. I quickly realized the past 30+ years have taken a toll! This was just challenging enough and the instructor gives really good cues.
Omg loved this. I’ve been doing step since the beginning, all those years ago. It went out of fashion for a good few years , but thankfully it’s back big time. Stuck in lockdown in the U.K. 🇬🇧( yeah grim I know ) but thankfully we have wonderful ppl out there just like you spurring us on. I’m in my early 60s and still loving the step . Aerobics don’t do it for me anymore, as I can’t do all the jumping around with sore knees . I have got some favourites on TH-cam, and now your my latest. This was so much fun, so I did it again, so did an hour 🙌🙌🙌🙌Absolutely sweating and feel amazing. Thankyou 👌👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️x
AWE! Thank you so much Denise! I am so happy you are enjoying this one! I have a bunch of other basic ones on my channel as well if you want to try something different! Keep moving and stay safe!
Love the half hour step and kickboxing workouts for days when you have less time! Thanks so much for all your AMAZING workouts. You are my absolute favorite instructor!!!
@@CDornerFitness I thought it was perfect for beginners and easy to follow. I've been doing step forever, but I liked it just to get some quick cardio steps in when time's rushed. Plus you can add a riser if needed.
Thank you Chris. That was another excellent heart pumping class. I was drenched. I love the L-step, rock, lunges, over the top and drama. This is more intermediate than beginner especially if you take out those knees corner to corner in between moves. Really enjoyed the class.
I did this today and absolutely loved it! I consider myself a advanced step person but I hate all the dance moves. This was straight up step and really you can make it as hard or as easy as you like! I want more!!!!
This was just right. Havent done step in a long time, and I wasn't very good at it. This was the perfect length, pace, and I loved the basic steps. Thank you!
Thank you for this workout! I broke my arm and currently can't use my right arm. Before my accident, I worked out 5 days a week; with a mix of strength, yoga and cardio. This video is my first workout in over a month- I am thrilled I was able to do this entire class with comfort. Broken arm or not- I need a workout! Thank you!
This is my first step workout ever! I will have this video on repeat. Your direction are so clear and your positive energy is just what I need to get my workout in with a smile on my face!
This was great for me. I have been away from Step for several years due to an injury and surgery. This is basic enough to get me back on track. I'll be back.
Have been doing intermediate for the last few weeks but find myself hunched over watching my feet. Did this one with the challenge of head up and no watching my feet. The perfect class to work on my posture !!
Thanks for the different levels. I fell off the wagon hard (and it ran over me) when it comes to eating and exercise. I want to get back into it, and this was the perfect video to get more back on track. Thank you!
HAHA! You will get back, and so funny, I just saw another fitness person on IG say, what is this wagon people talk about, there is no wagon!! LOL We just have our ups and downs. You can do it, I know it❤️❤️
Im a beginner and really enjoying the 30 min classes. 2 months every day and feeling fab .. Thank you for your classes so very much .. Love more of the 30 min classes .. x
I love this step workout Chris! It's so much fun! It's great that you mentioned Step in the 90's. I was an aerobic instructor in 1990 and in a meeting at the YMCA when step (was called bench at first) was introduced. I loved it! I had my husband build me a wood bench and I did step on my own for years. It's was so much fun and I was able to stay in good shape, health wise too! This video is just what I needed! I love it and I love how you prompt and encourage all the way through your workout!! 😊
Oh my goodness! I had forgotten about those cassette tapes! And I recorded them and carried them around with me all the time! Haha! Thanks for the memory!
I don't usually leave comments but I LOVED IT!. I used to do a lot of step many years ago and now I am trying to get back into it and this video was perfect. Thank you!

Jill, you wrote exactly what I was going to say. In my sixties, starting again after taking a break for a few years. All the steps came back to me. The pace was good.
Loved this class. There aren’t enough beginner classes on TH-cam.. I’m a little uncoordinated and so beginner classes are where I need to be. Thanks!!
You're so welcome! I will be putting out new basic ones about once a week! Thank you for the comment! ENJOY!!

Loved this today- feeling nostalgic for some old school workouts and step is up there with the best works outs! Really enjoyed this thank you !!
YAY Thanks Yvette! Come on back and try another with me!
Loved it, haven’t done step in a while so this was the perfect refresh. I’m ready to try the intermediate next.
Wonderful! Thank you so much!!
Hi Christina. I've been unable to do step for a few months, because of a tendon injury in my left hip. I am back with you now on the beginner's level, as I must take it easy. I absolutely loved being with you again! Thank you for always being here with your great workouts. More basic would obviously be good for me. xx
I am so glad to see your back! I have a full playlist of Basic step workouts! Check it ou!
It’s satisfying to get all the way through a session without getting confused. Thank you so much. ❤️😁
YAY!! Thank you so much for joining me!!
If you want to really learn step. Check out my playlist called Learn step aerobics. There are 48 mini tutorials on tons of moves.
I have had people go from never stepping before to now being advanced!!
Check them out! Here is the link!

I love going back to your basic videos. Especially when I haven’t worked out for a week. It gets me back on track.
I first did step routines way back when and loved it. I am now 86 and still have my old step so googled and found you. Thanks; I loved it! Sometimes it seemed too fast and I didn’t want to fall so I just slowed down until I could catch up. All good. I have new motivation!
I’m just getting back to cardio after recovering from surgery for the past couple of months! This was PERFECT!!!!
Thanks Jennifer!! Hope you are healing up well!! So glad you are back to moving!❤️
Second time doing this and got all the way through! Riser next time! Thanks Christina!!
This popped up on my feed and I had to do #1! Your the best Chris! Thanks for all your hard work! 😊
THANKS for going back to this oldie!
Yassss thank you for keeping STEP aerobics alive !!!
You are very welcome! Thanks for joining me!
Thanks for that fun 30 minutes class! Always nice to get back to the fundamentals. Very easy to follow. 💗
Thank you so much Donna!
Would love more basic step workouts!
Thanks Amy! There is a full playlist of them on my channel!
Great. Haven’t stepped since the 80s. Loved it. Perfect for basic. More basic!!
Glad you liked it! Thank you Teresa!
I haven't done step in 20 years! Thank you thank you thank you for the basic videos! I had forgotten how much I LOVE step! Bravo!
You are so welcome! Thank YOU!
Coming back to step in my mid sixties ... this was fabulous. I'd forgotten how much fun step was. Thankyou so much for making this available in my own home in my own time. You are a star!
YAY! Great job Ellie!! I am so happy you are coming back to it!! THANK YOU!
I have been working out for over 30 years but absolutely love beginner step workouts. This workout was great for me! Thanks!
You're so welcome! Thank you Laura! Lots more beginner step available on my channel! ❤️
I think that was the first step workout I ever did on your channel, back when the world shut down!! Feels so much easier now - but still super sweaty!! It was perfect combined with another 30 minute step workout this morning. Thank you! -Angela
Returning to step 10 years later. Loved it. Thank you!
Fantastic and Welcome Back! So happy you liked it! Come on back any time!
YES, Diane! I am so happy to meet a queen of step :) aren't you glad aerobic step is making a comeback?! Work your way up gradually, you got this!!!
I love to come back to this one if I haven't done step for a week or two, gets me warmed up and 'with it' again. Thanks Chris xx
Wonderful! Thanks so much Brenda!
Did this for the first time tonight. It’s perfect for beginning step. I look forward to doing more of your videos.
Wonderful! Thank you so much!! Come back and join me anytime!
Omg....I haven’t done step in years! It was the perfect refresher. I actually did this on my Terra core and haven’t sweat this much in a long time.
YAY! Thanks so much Deanna!
Hi Susan! I have a bunch of basics on my channel! Thanks so much for joining me!!
Perfect active rest day cardio! Step was my entry into fitness in the 90's (Step Reebok, anyone?!) and your dialogue and music kept me going.
WOO Thank you so so much!
I hope you can find something for relief ❤️
i did it again.....quickly and absolutly not boring step class....i love it.....thx dear chris 😊❤
I haven't done step since about nine months ago- perfect class to get started with it again. Thank you!
Wonderful! Thanks so much Joy!
I REALLY enjoyed this workout! I was searching for a step workout that was beginner friendly and not boring! You nailed it! 😉
Thanks so much LaTahsa!!! Another one coming soon! Also check out this
playlist, these are short videos to break down a lot fo different step moves.
th-cam.com/video/5myxS3VR8yA/w-d-xo.html
Love these simpler routines for days when I have a hard time getting going, I get warmed up and happy then do more step or strength! Love the intermediate/advancedroutines,but the simpler ones def have a place!
Thanks so much Valerie!!
I haven't done step in about 20 years, but I always loved it. I ordered a step off of Amazon and it came today. This was the first video I found. What a great workout!!! I will continue to follow your simple ones until I get in better shape. Thanks so much.
YAY!!! Thanks so much! I have a bunch more in this playlist!
th-cam.com/video/fapy80MMCAc/w-d-xo.html
Excellent workout! Haven't done Step since college, 25 yrs ago. Able to hang and I LOVED the routines!
Wonderful! Thank you so much Sonya!
Haven't used a step for years and it was great to get back into it. Worked up a real sweat! Thanks for the clear instructions to help me get back into it
Happy to help! Thanks Shona!
LOVING these 30 minute workouts -- I can fit them in much more often! Thank you!
Glad you like them! Thank you so much!
Thank you.Just getting back into doing step and am finding it the perfect workout. Big thank you.
This is the perfect pace for a refresher class. I used to fly across and around the board 20+ years and 50 pounds ago. Looking to get back to that phase. Please do more of these basic videos! I need to work up to your intermediate and advance step. Love your channel!
More to come! Thank you so so much!
I LOVE the way you teach. I am getting back to step after about 20 years - the COVID lbs have to leave my body and you and I are going to sweat them off one at a time if need be. Thank you for so much awesomeness. Oh and I am 56 years young. Doing this for my best life.
YAY!! Hi Linda!! You got this! Can you join live at all?
wow! I've been stepping for 30 years....classes stopped in lockdown...18 months without exercise....miserable...bought a step and found YOU! Great instruction and workout. Thank you!
YAY!! Thanks Sarah!! Join me for more and let me know if you need any suggestions!
❤️❤️
th-cam.com/video/5myxS3VR8yA/w-d-xo.html
Taking it back a few! Even though this was basic, I got a good sweat on and good workout before work. Thank you!
Perfect class for a Monday morning to get moving again!
Perfect! Thank you so much!
Perfect way to get back into step after a long gap. Loved your teaching style pitched not too easy nor too intimidating. Thank you.
You're so welcome! Thank you Alice!
I loved this workout! I was a step queen in the 80’s so when I got a step to use at home during the pandemic I started out trying intermediate classes. I quickly realized the past 30+ years have taken a toll! This was just challenging enough and the instructor gives really good cues.
Thanks so much Amy!! Please come back and try some others! I have tons of basics and other levels as well! ❤️❤️
Yep me too in the 80s now 53 gonna get my reebok step out the cupboard and relive my past. Need to get fitter
@@karennogare2549 YAY!!!! Yes, please join me!
@@CDornerFitness yay you have trillions of workouts 🙌🙌🙌👍 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️
Want to get back to step. Great reintroduction. Looking forward to intermediate.
YAY! Thank you! I also have a playlist of mini break down videos that may help. you a bit as well!
I haven't done a step routine for years. This was perfect. Thank you.
YAY Thanks so much for joining me!
Haven’t done step in years. This was perfect class
Thanks so much Kelly , so glad you enjoyed it!
Love the half hour step and kickboxing workouts for days when you have less time! Thanks so much for all your AMAZING workouts. You are my absolute favorite instructor!!!
You're so welcome! How was the level? Did you feel it was basic enough? Or should I slow it down?
@@CDornerFitness I thought it was perfect for beginners and easy to follow. I've been doing step forever, but I liked it just to get some quick cardio steps in when time's rushed. Plus you can add a riser if needed.
Thank you Chris. That was another excellent heart pumping class. I was drenched. I love the L-step, rock, lunges, over the top and drama. This is more intermediate than beginner especially if you take out those knees corner to corner in between moves. Really enjoyed the class.
Thanks Victoria! So glad you liked it!! Come on back any time!
I did this today and absolutely loved it! I consider myself a advanced step person but I hate all the dance moves. This was straight up step and really you can make it as hard or as easy as you like! I want more!!!!
Thank you so much Laura!! ❤️❤️
Because sometimes you just need that basic half-hour step class! Thank you!!! XO
Exactly, Diamond! We all need a little step in our lives :)
This is perfect for a step queen out practice for a year!. Very detail calm and smooth. THANK YOU@
You're so welcome! THanks Cynthia! Give this one a try too th-cam.com/video/bIn8lSxXm5s/w-d-xo.html
Haven’t done step in years. This was perfect!
YAY Thank you so much!
This was just right. Havent done step in a long time, and I wasn't very good at it. This was the perfect length, pace, and I loved the basic steps.
Thank you!
Wonderful! Thank you so much Christine! Come on back and join me again!
Haven't done step in years!! Great to get back into it for beginners...more beginners please!!! Loved it, thanks!!
You're so welcome! Thanks Claire!
Thank you!
WOW!! That is some dedication and I LOVE IT!! Yes, this is good one to start back up with! Hope you heal up fast!! Thanks for joining me!
I did this one and Basic Step #2 this morning back to back using 2 risers - it was no joke! Great workout for sure! Thanks Chris!
You're so welcome! Thanks again sweetie! You are doing them ALL!
This is my first step workout ever! I will have this video on repeat. Your direction are so clear and your positive energy is just what I need to get my workout in with a smile on my face!
YAY!!! Thank you so so much for joining me!! Keep moving and doing you Amanda!
This was great for me. I have been away from Step for several years due to an injury and surgery. This is basic enough to get me back on track. I'll be back.
Great! Thanks Chris!! More to come!!
It's perfect for getting back into it. Second time. I like the pace. I sweat a lot get that all needed cardio in my case. I am incredibly grateful.🙏❤️
Great job! Thank you so much Joan!!!
Loved this class! I'm super unfit and out of shape so this was perfect to get my brain and body moving again
Thanks Shelley! Stick with me, we can get you fit❤️❤️❤️
Have been doing intermediate for the last few weeks but find myself hunched over watching my feet. Did this one with the challenge of head up and no watching my feet. The perfect class to work on my posture !!
FANTASTIC! Thanks Heather!
LOL
We just have our ups and downs. You can do it, I know it❤️❤️
Im a beginner and really enjoying the 30 min classes. 2 months every day and feeling fab .. Thank you for your classes so very much .. Love more of the 30 min classes .. x
Hi Carol! Thank you! Yes, I can absolutely do that!
Awesome beginner step that is actually a “step” above beginner. Great for step seasoned seniors that still do Step. Ty 🌟👏💥😎
Thanks so much Karen!!
AHHH... I love this so much Mary!!!! Remember using cassette tapes? OMG!! I am so glad you enjoyed this one!!! Keep moving and being amazing!
Thank you!
Thanks so much Daniela!! Come and try some more! I have almost 100 step classes on my channel, half of which are more basic.
Sometimes you just need the basics.
Thanks so much!
Totally agree! Thank you!
