Excellent versatile wo! I did 1 K, walk back kick for the 2 corner kicks. Your perfect 32 ct blocks make it easy to switch moves in and out. Great job!!

Loved the routine and the music today (19.09.2024). Not so keen on 100 knee raises Nastia 😱😂🤣 as i modified. I’m still stiff after doing Mondays full body strength but it’s improving. Thanks Chris, Marta and Nastia

Those 100 knees were a wee bit 'nasty', Nastia. Oh my left butt cheek didnt like 'em. Although, my right butt cheek didnt seem to mind it.
