I was wondering if is possibly to upgrade onto my 2019 Mazda CX-5 GT none Turbo engine as I’m currently using an older version and not that newer version?
Hi Dave. I have a question. I just recently bought a 2021 cx5 GT, and I've noticed that I don't have all of the dash displays that you and many other CX5's have compared to mine. For example, I do not have the Current fuel consumption indication. Even when I scroll through the side bar menu options, it doesn't show up. Also my menu is a scroll down menu with different info displays that I control with a switch on the left side of the steering wheel, It does not allow me to display any info other than the temperature next to the Speedo. I don't know if there is a secrete menu where I can customize these things or maybe mine doesn't include them?? I'm just not sure why mine looks different and doesn't display all the same info. thanks!
I have the same issue at 2021 model. A few months ago they all appeared and I don't know what happened because now all disappeared. Now I can see only the consumption/100km and the number of km of the car. I kept playing with the settings, but I can't find how to put them back.
@@bongt2003 Hey i figured it out. Its the little dash illumination light in the top left corner. you press and hold it and it with change through different options. It took me 4 months of owning the car to figure that out.
1:33 is there a way to change that to a meter? I had a meter instead of just a number but it somehow got changed and I don't know how to change it back
I own a 2013 pre-owned Mazda CX5 it is from Japan and the dashboard menu settings are in Japanese.. I am searching for a video to explain some of the settings as I noticed my sensors to monitor when I am too close to objects have stopped sounding and not sure if I have changed a settings in error. I have been trying to use the Google Translator but it's cumbersome and not very accurate. Guidance sought
2019 CX5 I put in an address and saved it. I want to edit and change to a name. How do I do that? Also I find the NAVIGATION system horrible. Had a Garmin prior which I thought was great.
Hi Dave, good program. I have bought used Mazda cx 5 2019 signature. I don't have probably auto outside mirrors close/open by shutting off/on engine. Also I am difficulty in the Navigation please help.
the Canadian version has folding mirrors, please see your sales person for then to show you how everything works. the 1 on 1 classroom is very effective.
Hi Dave, yes Canadian Version has folding outside mirrors. When I bought the car these were not working, I talked to manager he took me service and they the mirrors, they are working and everything else is fine. Shahid
just turn/press the lil stick popping out on the top of the RPM gage. If you watch the video at 1:18 my finger is right by the stick that shows MPH/KMH... on the lower models GX and GS with the analog needle, things can be changed to reflect miles per gallon and miles if you change the setting in the setting area in your radio/Mazda connect
only the GT versions will have the holographic heads-up display with the digital speed number showing. Gt trims have a thin film digital display for the speedometer but it will not show a digital "0" in replacement for the analog number.
Wrong. Push the start button only once to use the radio. Do not push it twice because you are activating all systems that is why all lights are on. U can burn out and overheat many systems.

you will need to trade in to upgrade, as those features are not accessories they cant just be changed.

try taking it to your local mazda store and see if they can change the programing with a software re-install.

go to the save location in favorited and select add eddit, then change the name.

Is that Check engine light is on when power is on accessory,(engine is not running) but turns off when engine start. Is this normal?
if the car is not turned on then you will see the check engine light. that is normal

1.17min in you can see the km/mph stick just above my finger, press and hold till it changes. usually 3 seconds.
