Skil has a special place in my heart. The original circular saw still remains unmatched by any competitor. My Skil drill is the only power tool I have from my grandfather, so maybe that’s why I’m sentimental about the brand, but there’s no question they made and make outstanding tools. I’d love to see Flex rebranded as Skilsaw, as that already would go a long way to increasing sales.
Vince, when you said not using the tool for six months. Man, in my world it's like not using it till the next morning. But different world. Love your channel!
I have multiple skil tools as per your recommendation. I have been beyond pleased especially at the price point they offer! Keep it up Vince. P.S. im no fanboy I have skil, dewalt, milwakee, craftsman, stihl, husqvarna, ego...the list goes on. I just simply enjoy quality products
Vince, what about a situation where you might have bought way too many kits and now ya got more batteries than you need in your line up? Now, as usual, you fully charge all your batteries, but you only cycle though maybe a fraction of the batteries that you have. What happens to those batteries that you fully charged but don't really use that often? Maybe a few of those batteries are rarely used at all. They still show full charge but is it bad to leave them out of the rotation?
I have a couple of Skil products, and I can testify they are great! Although my only problem is that the batteries don't have the rubber molding, including the new one with type C.
Hello again, Vince and Vcg Thank you for another Great Video 👍 Question for you, so would use the Skil impact to break torque? Could still tools make it in the Pro work world? How long does it take to charge the battery. And how long will a battery last 🤔 Final Question, can I depend on Skil tools to get the job 🤔 Again thank you.
Yes!!!! Was just eyeballing this a week or two ago. Got my hands on the mower and gave up my greenworks mower and i had the power converter for that, now i don't have it so i seen this skil one and tbough damg now i gotta get that.
The ability to power a TV to distract kids during a power outage is a big boon! Hard to do home disaster management when you have the little ones running around
USB is nice, but not enough to make me switch from my current platform... Can power the microwave is great, but for how long? Long enough to be useful, more than once? Off-grid re-charging solution might make it a game changer!
Best AFFORDABLE Compact 10'' TABLE SAW (You Will Never Guess The Brand)

I like my Skil circular saw. I remember it was craftsman before when I first seen it the 90’s and it was black. Those were the days.
Good one! Happy Wednesday, VCG and the gang!👍🧰😍

👍 cool tool, thanks
Very cool .
I like Skill
Good job brother.👍🏻🇺🇸
Maybe the elastic strap could be for securing it to a rolling tool bag handle.
The thumbnail😂

I’m sure you’ve already figured it out but ya the strap is for holding whatever fits in that spot!
lol good call! 😜
Skil site says holds your phone.
The band is to hold the phone. Just like the old ryobi speaker. It's also holds the instructions.

Vince, why don’t they make the skill line the Flex 12v option??
🤔
The band might hold a spare battery

👍
My Ryobi 40V power inverter can deliver up to 1800W.
Dewalt PowerStation; Still able to power a microwave or run a 1500W heat gun.
Okay
It's dumb that it took them this long to come out with that inverter.
