I am a new yoga teacher and I am teaching a significant number of men which is pretty remarkable in the yoga space! I have been accessing your channel for inspiration ideas and I am thankful for the content you put out. I feel great after doing this short practice.
Wish I could find a mens yoga class but no luck in Maryland. Good luck helping men on this practice.

Been weight lifting for 24 years and am glad to say that yoga is helping me regain some mobility and work out some stiffness I've gotten in that time.

Been doing this practice for about a month now since I got back into skateboarding and I can say I’ve never felt so limber and healthy. Doing this practice everyday not only has me feeling physically more capable but mentally as well. Love the practices keep up the great work☮️🖤

I started following him for few days and i was complaning in other videos that he has hard starting yoga, but actually i am a lazy person and always finding problems in others but not in me.. but this time i didn't give up because i love the energy from this guy, its like universe send me this so i can work on myself. This was my first time ever doing Yoga and it's 11pm near bedtime. Felt incredibly relaxed and thankful for everything yet mentally ready to take on the week. So glad I found this channel and I'm going to start doing more following your channel !

This is the first guide of yours I have seen and it’s really great. The moves made my body more sensible (especially the standing up with trunk hanging down and bending the knees + the laying down with one arm stretched on the floor and the half rolling over). The following of my breath and the gratitude at the end totally complemented the movements we did. Thank you!:)
