    ( i apologize for my English) What a guy, what an energy i frikin love this dude. I started following him for few days and i was complaning in other videos that he has hard starting yoga, but actually i am a lazy person and always finding problems in others but not in me.. but this time i didn't give up because i love the energy from this guy, its like universe send me this so i can work on myself. After few days i already see insane results. Thank you sir for this ❤

    Been doing this practice for about a month now since I got back into skateboarding and I can say I’ve never felt so limber and healthy. Doing this practice everyday not only has me feeling physically more capable but mentally as well. Love the practices keep up the great work☮️🖤

      Me also. There was a time I thought I was paralyzed from a bad back injury. To this day I'm still extremely blessed and happy just to walk.

    Wow, I tried this video at the end of a long work day.. my lower back was so tight and was feeling slight to moderate lower back pain while sitting. I'm 46 years of age, and I just want to feel better. So I was amazed that this was short and quick. Thank you so much.. I look forward to working with you via TH-cam videos more often.

    Thank you for these videos. I'm a middle aged guy that's been out of condition for some years now. I started following along with this video about a week ago or so, and can already tell a tremendous difference both in how my body feels physically as well as how my mind feels more stable and at ease through the day.     This is the first guide of yours I have seen and it’s really great. The moves made my body more sensible (especially the standing up with trunk hanging down and bending the knees + the laying down with one arm stretched on the floor and the half rolling over). The following of my breath and the gratitude at the end totally complemented the movements we did. Thank you!:)

    I tried this for the first time this morning because I was on edge about a doctor's appointment and I thought it couldn't hurt.

    Thank you!! It’s one of my first approaches to yoga! You are a great teacher. Just subscribed! I went through some stressful situations last year + extreme diet and started getting super “toned” and “slim”. I thought I was doing great and turned out I was loosing muscle and many other bad things. I’m so much better now and still on a journey 🫶🏼 I quit alcohol and started living an amazing life. I even started this yt channel to help people change their relationship with alcohol and without paying attention to my health, this wouldn’t have happened. Amazing interview! ❤
