    Being threatened by other people's success who were working with the same weightloss coach and consistently lost weight, and I had been juggling for months with the same effing 3-5 lbs. THIS! Oh, how I hated them.

    I love this video so much! It really applies to all aspects of life not just weight loss.
    17:09 "If I only went on a walk when I was motivated to do it, it would only be 20% of the time". this is so true for any task! Thanks for your perspective.

    Kayla, I just finished reading your book and went for a six mile walk yesterday. ( listened while I walked) It really had some great tips. Well done.

    I so love these videos where you apply books to weight loss. Typically people have an idea of what needs to happen...but we don't do it, or don't do it consistently. It can be a waste of time to watch weight loss influencers give strategy after strategy when really the missing link is mindset and execution. I find there is a lot of "how to lose weight" content out there but not nearly as much "how to fix your mindset to actually execute your plan consistently" content." I guess that is not a common search term 😂

    I have this book on Audible. Ill be listening to it again. This is an excellent and encouraging video. I've adjusted my "simple" plan.

    Everyone offers something unique and you have helped open my mind to walking, which I hate! Always have and discovered your channel last night. So today in Melbourne FL (from Michigan but we moved here 2 yrs ago!) and with my neuropathy and one leg at least 40% larger than the other (born with sever club foot, legs are very different) so I won't be walking like this again ! LOL but I will be investing in a half decent used stationary bike off of FB. But I can adjust MY plan to being perhaps 6,000 STEPS to dinner! lol something like that. I am adding this light cardio not for weight loss, its more to help burn the sugars I have added over the decades to my system and I owe it to my body to clean it up and take care of it. My sugars use to be in the 600s and now with light basic meds, no insulin cause that would be dumb, my sugars are well under 200 and that is a huge win for me. My weight is a joke and started eating better March 1 and I was 297 then and went to 293 and back up too 298? SO i am not sure what that is all about> normally I am that guy that drops quick like 30 lbs in 2 weeks so I am waiting for that or like that, to happen. Anyways, enough about me.       SHe has mentioned that she does if she wants it. She is not Keto/low carb. Just the One Meal a Day whatever she wants.
