Have loved cooking for many, many years. But over the last 3 years or so I have learned more from Chef Jean Pierre than I've learned in the last 50 years. Not only his recipes, which are fantastic, but the techniques that no one else on You Tube takes the time to teach. His channel is, by far, the very best!

Amongst the many, many, many reasons that your channel is so fantastic is that it teaches the basics so that you can venture out on your own WITH CONFIDENCE! I made your cauliflower and cheese soup from the recipe about a month ago. This week I made the soup again but this time on the priciples that you taught. Was definitely different than yours, but no less satisfying. My friends now call me a chef, but I deflect all praise to you, Chef. You are a great American. Keep rocking!

I have made this spinach dip in a bread bowl many times, Certainly not as involved as you do. My recipe does not call for cooking anything.and cheats by adding a powdered vegetable dip. I will try your recipe soon. Regardless, as you are not one to waste anything, we use a pumpernickel round and use the bread we scoop out as the dippers and not chips.

Hi Chef Jean-Pierre! I've always made spinach dip (no artichokes) from a package mix. ;-) But now I will make it from your recipe with the artichokes. I'm definitely adding this to my Chef Jen-Pierre folder. Also, as many others have said, please don't feel like you need to make the videos shorter. I LOVE watching, and listening to you so much! Thank you so much for sharing!

Chef, I have been watching you a long time, and when it comes to cooking you make a lot of sense. Personally I cook many things, but there are so many varieties of Fried Chicken on line that it is intimidating. Can you show us a simple recipe and demonstration for good old American "Fried Chicken"? Pleeeeease with sugar on top!!!!! Thanks Chef Jean-Pierre!!!

For some interesting texture -- I've added a small can of drained, cubed WATER CHESTNUTS.
Serve with thin slices of lightly toasted baguette.

'you know it's going to be good!!!'
So the other day my friend tells me she's having spinach and artichoke dip for lunch and I thought 'yum yum.'
And so she says you know it's easy to make, you just take frozen spinach and some artichoke hearts and mix those together and then add a big dollop of mayonnaise put that in the dish and put cheese on top and bake it in the oven....(uhhh)
At which time I am thinking yucky yucky yuck, I do not bake mayonnaise and that does not sound right to.me😂😂
So of course I searched for a recipe from Chef Jean-Pierre!! Chef to the rescue 💕. I watched his video and I said to myself okay this is how we make it. Now this is yummy.
I never get anything with mayonnaise heated up not a submarine sandwich not a dip not anything, because that is yucky.
What he made - THIS is delicious.
    😁😁😁👍

We always hollowed out the bread and cut the bread into squares and used them to put the dip on… also kept a spoon in the dip and a knife next to the loaf to cut it up… it usually always goes!
