I think I’m gonna start boiling my broccoli. I usually sauté it with a little butter and garlic and then I add a little water and cover it. That’s how my aunt taught me from Sicily. And I love adding a lot of garlic and then I definitely add the water from the pasta. I usually do it with rigatoni penne even spaghetti if I don’t have the elder stuff, but I’m definitely gonna try it your way it looks good.
