Imagine doing a food vlog where the actual food bits are all blurry. 🫤 Just like the Kacchi video, the cameraman is not changing the focus area, resulting in blurry shots of the food. Very painful to watch mate.

Steak should be rested not staying on a constant heat. If the juices leaving the meat will become dry and over . I personally hate sizzlers just a gimmick. Would never use it in my resturant.
I operate mainly in Asia but it seems to be the case in many countrys of the world that the steaks are very thin (maybe to look big on the plate but cheap to produce). A GOOD steak has a proper sear crust and is medium rare, you can ONLY get that combination on a THICK steak, if it's thin it can have a good crust but it will not be medium rare, if its thin it can be medium rare but it will not have a good crust. You can't have a thin steak as a perfect steak - just saying
you'll have to start importing cheddar cheese, I met a cheese wholesaler a few years ago, he was sending a lot of cheddar to the USA, branded as "Westminster" cheese
