Those cows look so healthy and clean. I love that even though in countries that are not as wealthy as others, they can still invest in time and money into the absolute basics, such as cleanness and morals for animals and their well being.
Countries with much more wealth, animals are not kept to such high standards.
It's not always about profit but what is correct and right, which I know your religion demands.

Lovely video, can't beat village life to wind down. I've been to a few Kacchi places in Dhaka which were delicious and really affordable. I'll definitely try this place and Meatup when i'm in Sylhet next time. Insha'allah

I tried the food at their Dhaka branch. I didn't like it, I liked the kebab, badam drink and chicken. But my husband loved it...he wants to try this when we are Sylhet, when we go to Bangladesh in November. I think its a hit a miss, you will love it if you like kaachi or not. Maybe the sylhet branch will change my mind.

While you are in Bangladesh, is possible you can do a recording of Pakki Biryani? I cook both styles of Biryani, Kacchi and Pakki.

I like biryani but its quite a dry dish I find and often served with a tasteless vegetable curry sauce. Is that how it should be ?
In the UK, that is how it is served, with the side sauce. In Asian households, authentic biryani is nothing like that - there is NO sauce. It is made with layers of boiled rice and meat and a concentrated masala base and continually layered until the pot is full to the brim.
No. Probably gone to the wrong place. Or been having Bengali dish Akhni or Pulaw. Try the Pakistani cooked biryani there the best.

Hello Latif. Love your videos. If you are in Sylhet now, can we please meet? There is something very important I would like to discuss with you. And I would like to give you a taste of authentic food from Chowkbazar of Old Dhaka as well right here in Sylhet.
Most of the "money shots," i.e. when you showed us the food to the camera were lost due to poor filming. The shots came out blurry because the focus was locked on you.
When filming on a phone, the cameraman can touch the screen to tell the camera where to focus. This would have avoided blurry rice or meat close-ups.
Maybe you should charge in Bangladesh currency at your restaurant 😂😂😂
