    Thanks for the tutorial Kaio! Funny thing is a week ago I couldn't even do this step properly, but now a week later I think I can get tapmills very soon. I'll be starting on week 3 tomorrow! Thanks again Kaio.

    Hey Kaio, great Tutorial!
    But every time I try to do the side freeze my shoulder touches the floor and I loose the balance. What should I do better ?

      if your shoulder touches the floor it may be because u dont lean your head in the correct position, try to move a little your head and stay on the upper part of it, if it doesnt works just try to get more confididence with the basic freeze first and then move slowly in the side freeze :)

      hey bro, handhops dont need exercises, all you need to do to learn handhops is learn: L-kick, Airfreeze, Powerfreeze. then just practice :)

      TernsWorld Do you can windmill and flares? It's not good to learn airflares if you can't any powermoves.

      Steve Kim TernsWorld exactly.. its better to learn windmill and flare 1st, and then airflare :)

    But, i can not do the side freeze with right hand.... I always training windmill with turtle freeze (cricket position)/elbow on stomach

      you should learn the side freeze, is very important for the windmill :)

      But why in every windmill tutorial, always teach with cricket position? Rosepunch even show his windmill with cricket position...

      Daniel Simamora Hey i'm not Kaio but I can answer you :D in my opinion is a windmill with the side freeze much cleaner and faster as a windmill with the cricket position. And the windmill looks ( in my opinion) better as the cricket position windmill. But if you can't start the windmill from the standing you should start from the cricket position(for me it was easier to start with the cricket position) and continue with the side freeze ( I have practiced the windmillcontinue with start from the backspin and go to the baby/side freeze (if you can do that it will be a piece of cake to do windmill clean and fast) I see many bboys who do the windmill only with the cricket position and most they look very ugly cause the head wasn't on the ground or they never straight there legs you can see on TH-cam many bboys who do this windmill (I think if you search windmill progression you will find some kind of this windmill)

      Daniel Simamora practice from a normal turtle freeze to a baby freeze you will see that you're arm position is same like a side freeze. If you can do that practice like in the video from a backspin to a babyfreeze and in my opinion is it better to do quallity for quantity. If you can do one clean round (with the babyfreeze ending) it will easier to multiplicate your rounds (by me it was I learn one clean round with the babyfeeze ending and then I try to multiplicate my windmill and I learn in one day x more windmills they was clean and fast) many bboys start with quantity but it's not good cause the windmill looks most ugly and they need long time to fix it.

    Hello Kaio, I can't do the side freeze after do the backspin.... So, can I pause the exercise first to master all of the side freeze position?

    Hey :) very usefull tutorial! But I dont understand the purpose of the baby freeze hop.. What does it bring?
    And where can i find the music u used in this video? :)

      I personally think he adds certain things such as the baby freeze hop to help your body adapt. In this case the wrist gets stronger and used to the pressure because as a beginner starts windmills they tend to stab and hurt their wrists :D Just my personal thought :D I agree the music is catchy :D

      Revo Lution Minh Vo thank u so much! exactly! the hop helps also to get confidenze on how to push your hips and your legs high while going on your back while you do the windmill :) its really useful!
      the music is the soundtrack of the game "God Hand" :)

    i can't spin to back and my shoulder will get hurt when i spin to back.

      hey bro, make sure to master first a good backspin and the 1st week exercises! than u will not hurt anymore :)

      I think you need to train with soft shirt like jacket... And you should train on the floor to get spin better and to not hurt your back...

      Daniel Simamora thanks ur suggests, but my move is when i take a freeze to spin on the floor, my shouder will first touch the floor and second is back..... so sometimes hurts
